My friend and I stayed for 5 nights and we really loved that it was so close to a bus stop which makes it so easy to go to different landmarks (bus 12 takes you straight to Big Ben). It’s WAY easier and cheaper using the bus than the metro, which always gets PACKED. The receptionist was so kind to allow us to check in early and the housekeeper was really nice and maintained the room really clean.

The location looks a bit sketchy, not gonna lie; on a good note, my friend and I (23 and 25 y/o) felt safe throughout our stay there, despite how it looks from the outside. I do wish they invested in a good tv, because they don’t have any streaming platforms available like Disney+ and Netflix.

Really good location for a resonable price. The hotel is very close to the bus stop, a few minutes more from Underground. Around 30 mins by feet to the London Eye and Big Ben. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and the equipment is not new and modern but everything was clean, room was cleaned everyday with new towels. If you are looking for a good place to stay and explore London during the day I can totally recommend.

Room and bath was spacious for a London hotel in that price category, bed was comfortable, water in the shower good. Perfect spot for exploring the city, the bus stop is around the corner and you can easily and directly get from there to many touristic hot spots (Picadilly, Oxford St., British Museum etc.) within 10-20 minutes. Breakfast cafes can be found across the main street.

Room could need renovation, furniture looks quite worn/old, but nothing is broken or even dirty. If you are prepared for that and don't mind too much about the appearance, the price-performance ratio is excellent. No aircon, so need to sleep with open windows in the summer (might by noisy depending which room you get).

Very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, in a quiet location. Local shops and food places nearby on the main road. Around 10 minute walk from the underground into central london (there are 2 stations a short walk away, Kennington and Elephant & Castle). Wall mounted television with Freeview channels, a kettle and tea/coffee was provided in the room. Bathroom a decent size with a stand up shower that was very clean with plenty of towels available for use and hot water (sounds obvious but have stayed in a few places where hot water is not available!0) and hairdyer. Small fridge in the room too. There were wall mounted fans to cool us down which I appreciated. Great value for money for staying in London.

There were no lamps in the room, just the ceiling lights, which wasn't very relaxing at night time. The shower in our room also had a leaky shower head that gushed water out (but didn't affect use of the shower at all). Would have been nice to have breakfast included, but there's a lot of food options nearby so it wasn't a big deal.

It was clean, staff well informed, offered choice, efficient, friendly, great communication, n professional, good interpersonal relations. Excellent location near police station, that made me feel safe and T location that is just a minute walk made life better. Even the noise proof made me sleep well. I didn’t hear even flashing of toilet. I can’t ask for more. Thanks. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

I didn’t see anything to fault this hotel. I sincerely mean it. The standard is distinction. Full of praises . Way to go!

Clean, comfortable and close to our objective.

An armchair would have been nice.

The location is amazing; the rooms are clean, and the facilities are sufficient, even though they are basic.

I wish there were an air conditioner and an elevator. There is a fridge, but it is not cool or broken. I tried to adjust the shower water to be less hot but could not; I don't know why. I tried to order food on the room menu, and it said the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. I ordered at 7 p.m., but the restaurant was already closed.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The value for the money was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the room was in good condition and comfortable. The location is fantastic – it’s close to a bus station that takes you to the center of London in just 20 minutes. There are also many useful stores nearby, which made everything very convenient.

We had a very nice stay. The arrival was not very pleasant as we had to wait over an hour just to book in which was caused by technical issues of the Booking.com and we had to wait for payment confirmation. But the hotel staff was very friendly and tried to help us as much as he could. The stay was overall very nice and comfortable. The location is ideal if you want to visit the main sightseeings - it only takes around 40 mins to get to the London centre. Great place to stay.
