The room was spacious and comfortable. We were looking for a place to spend the night, so this was budget friendly and well connected to all the main city attractions.

The room was clean and comfortable, particularly the washroom was well maintained and hygienic. The only issue was that the corridors of the hotel had a damp smell to it. Perhaps the owners might want to do something about it.

Strong security and staff with adequate qualifications in UV exposure. Fantastic & fresh new carpet, and soft pillows with absolutely categorically no lumps. You’ll find a nice mug with absolutely no dust with 1 single lotus biscuit. The wardrobe comes with all the doors & the doors come with no handles attached. Security is so good, the rooms dont even need locks (in fact I felt safer knowing ours didnt come with a lock on the front door). African cuisine opposite, and 888 nails if you fancy a pamper. gutted we never got to use the spa tbh. But the real seller here is they have a vending machine and a 24hr cost cutter opposite. Free doughnuts for ALL GUESTS.

the staff tell fibs. we caught the receptionist asleep on the foyer sofas as we returned late and she told us she wasnt asleep after the bouncer (plant pot) refused to let us vandals in.

Staff were so friendly! Room was clean, huge and bathroom was also modern and spacious. So so cheap definitely worth the money! Don’t let the outside, area or reviews put you off

The location of the hotel isn’t the nicest but such good value for money, for a night or 2 I would 100% recommend.

They allowed me to check-in earlier than the check-in time when I arrived too early, which I really appreciated. I would say, for a hotel, the room was basic. BUT at the price I paid, which was similar to the prices for a single room in a hostel, this was above and beyond what you would expect for the price.

I could see this being potentially troublesome if you are a disabled customer.

best thing i liked the customer services provided by night shift guy. He was very professional and well trained location was very convenient

when you walk on the floor or at the stairs it produce a lot of noise. no lift you have to use the strairs for third floor when anyone opening or closing the floor main door it bangs

Quiet room, good location

No internet. I also paid for a deluxe room...I think the manager has a misunderstanding of what deluxe is. Either that or the non deluxe rooms are at best survivable

I liked the staff they were very friendly, the lobby and walkway towards the room and the actual room itself actually smelled really really clean, the bathroom was awesome, the shower was great!

The bed was very small it was a small double, for the deluxe room I expected at least a king size, the mirror wardrobe the mirror itself was broken and there was dried paint on the netting to the curtains, there were coffee tea etc but no milk in the fridge to make a coffee or tea nor long life milk or something alternative I feel for the price the fridge should be fully stocked at least for a brew and I disliked the location only for parking your own vehicle.
