I stayed for 3 nights and loved every second. This was my first time traveling solo, and this hostel was absolutely perfect for me. The location is amazing, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. What I loved the most, however, was the staff! They are such wonderful people and, in my experience, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible even when I didn’t have any plans. They organize daily walking tours, family dinners, indoor games, and night outings. They genuinely make an effort to ensure everyone is having a great time. For me, it was definitely worth the money. Special shoutout to Squid and all the other team members!

the bathrooms are a little too small

Onefam Hostel in London is an incredibly cosy place. It’s perfect for solo travellers looking to make great friends. I had the opportunity to visit twice, and each time, I was treated exceptionally well. "Onefam" truly feels like a big family. If you're staying at this hostel, your days in London will be filled with happiness and lots of laughter. It’s a magical place. However, there’s one thing you should know... no matter how many days you stay, you’ll never want to leave. Thank you, Onefam (and the wonderful team), for giving me two perfect stays.

A great location, great facilities, free veggie dinner every night, and a walking tour during the day, plus a drinking game/night out every evening! I was solo traveling through Europe for a month, and Onefam Waterloo was definitely one of the highlights of my stay in England. I loved the adventurers I got to meet and the memories we made together during my time at the hostel. And of course, a big shout-out to the lovely staff members at Onefam Waterloo: Hector🇲🇽, Elize🇦🇺, Neus🇪🇸, Reilly🌎, Justin🇦🇺, and Shanice🌎. Thank you so much for being welcoming, reliable, and so much fun! I will cherish the time spent with you all for a long time. You guys are exceptional, and I truly wish your experiences at Onefam lead you to where you want to be in the future.

That I could not stay longer!!

Third time's the charm, they say, and it couldn't be truer for my stay here. Once again, this place has exceeded my expectations. The familiar comfort feels like a second home now, and the staff continue to amaze me with their genuine warmth and attentiveness. Every single one of them, from the front desk to housekeeping, deserves a shout-out for their exceptional service. It's the little things that make a big difference, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The rooms remain impeccably clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is simply inviting. Of course, I can't forget to mention the wonderful people I've met during my stay – it's always a pleasure to connect with fellow travelers in such a welcoming environment. I can't wait to return for a fourth time!

The same....i didn’t like to leave this place.

Onefam Hostel was an amazing experience! It was the perfect choice as it was affordable and offered daily activities that you could join for free with the other guests, led by the awesome volunteers working there. The activities included visiting landmarks, markets, and museums. In the evenings, we would always gather for a free dinner prepared by the team, followed by games that helped us get to know each other better. The atmosphere was so friendly and familiar. After that, we would head to a pub to soak in the English vibe and later to a different type of club each night. Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone. A special shoutout to Felix and Elix, who were super friendly and always joined in on the fun!

When I came, I was a responsible adult ready to get married and have a family. After a few hours, everything changed.... The girls in the place never stop partying. There is an Argentinan girl who never seems to get tired and a Mexican girl who follows you around with shots no matter where you go. The craziest one is the Australian girl who can stop being drunk at a moments notice and be responsible and then switch back to dunk mode whenever she wants. Highly recommend this place if you are grandpa and want to feel young again!

Returning for a fourth time felt like coming home to a beloved family. The warmth and familiarity of this place never cease to amaze me, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests, and their dedication to providing a welcoming atmosphere is evident in every interaction. The rooms, as always, are immaculate and comfortable, and the overall ambiance fosters a sense of community and belonging. I'm already counting down the days until my fifth visit!

Staff were friendly and on hand to answer questions whenever needed. I didn't use them, but there seemed to be lots of amenities like hairdryers, extra blankets, games, toiletries etc. in the main foyer. Plug sockets and a light next to the bed is handy. The 11am check out is better than most other places. I stayed on a Friday night, so roommates came back late and drunk, but were respectful and quiet.

The bed was a little unsteady, and with it being a triple bunk-bed, there was quite a bit of shaking in the night when other guests were moving around. Also, the ladders up to the top bunk were narrow bars, rather than steps, meaning it was painful when climbing into bed without shoes.
