really nice and presentable. Rooms were lovely and clean. Really comfortable and attentive staff.

We wanted to go up to the bar up the top but a member of staff was quite rude and wouldn’t let us go up due to not looking elegant. In this day in age people all have different dress looks and won’t all dress the same. Personally I don’t have elegant wear so it was quite disheartening that we didn’t get to enjoy the roof top bar with the price we did pay to stay. The way the member of staff spoke to my partner whilst saying this was also quite unwelcoming. Other than that all the other members of staff were excellent and really attentive.

The staff were very welcoming and the decor and atmosphere of the hotel was great. The roof top bar is fab and the food there was really good. Great location as very close the Liverpool’s Street tube.

We booked to go to the spa but when we got there we were told we would need to be in robes rather than our clothes.The spa was booked at 7am and you only get half an hour session. We had to go to reception to ask for the robes as they were not provided in the room by the time we got them and then had to go back to our room and change and then back down to the spa it was 7.15am. All this could have been avoided if either robes were available in the room or when booking the spa we were told robes would be required.

Slept well due to a comfortable bed; blackout curtains; quality pillows and bed linen. Good bathroom with great shower. Well equipped room. Robes and slippers were a welcome addition. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Needed a mirror near the desk/dressing table to do hair and makeup. It was inconvenient having to book the pool before use. The Aviary roof top bar was often booked for private functions and off limits to residents. On the one occasion we gained admission we sat at one of three empty tables only for a member of staff to come over and tell us we would have to vacate the seats in 15 minutes as the table was pre-booked. It took us longer than 15 minutes to drink our cocktails and as we didn’t feel welcome we then left. Whilst we were there the two tables beside us remained unoccupied and nobody came to occupy our table. The breakfast room staff were not particularly engaging and they didn’t restock the buffet after 9am. The barmaid at the Longarm Pub was abrupt and unhelpful.

I have stayed at this hotel before. Location is perfect for reaching all parts of the city being close to Liverpool Street Station (5 minute walk). I had a top floor room that was huge and and very comfortable. Didn't try the breakfast as there are so many good breakfast places around the area. The staff as usual were excellent the complementary glass of prosecco on arrival a very nice touch. You have to go to the Aviary bar (roof top) there are stunning views across London from here. When most London hotels of this quality are much more expensive this is the perfect hotel for a weekend of sight seeing in London

unfortunately, there were small problems with the air conditioning panel, although it worked, it almost did not respond

I was put in the wrong room the first day and they made sure this was amended the next day we were there. The manager was very proactive in making sure this was resolved promptly. He was also kind enough to offer us an upgrade for our next stay as a kind gesture from our experience the first day. I loved the facilities (the spa and gym) as well as the 24 hour room service which is genius!

It was very rowdy and loud at the reception on our arrival...there was a drunk lady who thre up all over the carpet at reception 🥴 there was also a party at the restaurant downstairs next to the lifts which was pretty loud and took away from the calm you always want when arriving at the hotel

Good location, staff were very accommodating and polite. Mary the manager was superb escorted me to my room , got a upgrade and treated with a complimentary bottle of bubbly.

I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and personal touches throughout my stay, such as the room decoration for my wife birthday and the helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions from the concierge team. It's clear that your staff takes great pride in providing a truly exceptional guest experience Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay in London and I credit much of that to the wonderful team at your hotel.
