Nobu Hotel Shoreditch has quickly become my go-to hotel thanks to the exceptional service and atmosphere. Duffy and Sid went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless—they were extremely helpful, making everything so smooth and enjoyable. The reception team was fantastic, welcoming me with warm hospitality and efficiency. The rooms were beautifully designed, offering both style and comfort, and the overall service was top-notch. I truly felt valued as a guest, and every detail was attended to with care. This hotel sets a high standard, and I can’t wait to return!

The property is stylish and in a great location. The staff we dealt with were extremely helpful.

There was a used ladies razor left in the shower in the bathroom from the previous guests. It was sat on top of the taps so not hidden which leaves questions about how well the room was cleaned. When flagged the staff at reception arranged for it to be removed and we were offered £50 toward room service/drinks to compensate. We were happy with how this was dealt with by the manger who was very helpful but it wasn’t the level of standard I’d expect for the price we paid to stay.

Restaurant was wonderful, breakfast was 10/10, best hotel breakfast I’ve had in years. Staff were very helpful and kind, you could tell they were concerned with providing top tier experience. Steam room was tastefully presented, loved it. A member of staff greeted our 3 year old with a Nobu teddy bear, which she was delighted with, and kept by her side and played with the whole time and on the trip home. There was a power cut that switched the lights off momentarily and interrupted the restaurant cooking a part of our meal, but the staff kindly offered our desserts on the house. We also got momentarily stuck in the lift due to said power cut, but staff were very quick to sort it out. In other places, such things would be a bummer, but at Nobu it was just a funny hiccup. The staff work hard.

The breakfast on a Saturday starts at 8:00 which can be a little difficult when you have a 3 year old who wakes up at 7:00 on the dot every day ready to eat, and there’s no room service before then. We should’ve planned ahead better for that, not the hotel’s fault.

Deluxe room was good size for a couple, very clean and the bathroom high quality fixtures and good shower. Comfy bed, safe, well stocked mini-bar and nice ambience with lighting and felt calm and quiet in the room and elsewhere in the hotel. Breakfast was very good and a fair price for what as on offer, high quality food and lots of options. Nina the concierge was excellent, booked dinner for us on the first night at a local restaurant which was excellent and all the other staff we interacted with were very pleasant and courteous.

Pens in the room are a bit cheap, and also the QR Code link to the mini-bar prices didn't work, so we bought our own in the end from elsewhere, just saying.

The room I stayed in was immaculately clean, with a tidy layout and a pleasant vibe, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was a delightful highlight, featuring a variety of Japanese-style dishes in the setting of the Nobu Restaurant. The steam bath added a relaxing touch to my stay, helping me unwind and recharge. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the exceptional friendliness and support of the staff. They went above and beyond, making my stay even more special as I proposed to my partner during my visit. Their warmth and hospitality made this an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The temperature control wasn't entirely accurate, and the room felt a bit cold at times.

I particularly loved the modern Japanese design to the room; the sliding wooden screen with the beautifully wallpapered wall was gorgeous. I just wish there was better lighting in the room to appreciate the overall aesthetic included along the hallways leading to the room.

The toilet flush was difficult to maneuver; it was beautiful but impractical. Also, in the main restaurant, the couches in the booths were also stained; they definitely need refurbishing.

Really wonderful hotel. On arrival, I received a wet towel and the kind receptionist upgraded my room free of charge without me even asking. My room was clean and beautifully designed. The bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in for a long time. The bathroom and shower was modern and had a great rainfall shower. There was a wonderful tea station in my room, but I didn’t have time to use it. All of the staff are smiley, attentive and very hard working. Location is good, lots of places for food and drink nearby. There is also a sainsburys about 3 mins walk away. Gym was clean and well equipped. Great stay, will definitely be returning!

The only minor thing was the dark lighting, but I didn’t really mind it. It might be an issues for more elderly guests or those with visual impairments.

I had a lovely stay at Nobu and I’ll definitely come back. I only needed a place to stay and relax a couple of days in the city and this was the perfect place. The staff was very professional and kind, facilities and impeccable. I really enjoyed the Spa, Reneè was amazing and gave me the best massage and the girl at the reception (sorry I can’t remember your name) was super nice and caring. Loved the steamed room as well! Didn’t have the chance to go upstairs and enjoy the view from the terrace but will definitely do it next time.

- I had to wait half an hour for a Cappuccino, that arrived after I finished my breakfast. I think they forgot about it but that’s a really small flaw that won’t put me off to go back. - the “room with a view” was actually with no view, on 1st floor I could only see some tall plants unfortunately:(

Staff will bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable.

Room price on Booking.com was with Breakfast included for two people. However if you want this to your room you have to pay it again. So….we had to make a trip to the buffet Great selection available. Last complaint, we were charged service on the breakfast which was meant to be included In the other trade at he room price Money grabbing!,d serious

Just wonderful staff! We were assigned a room on the top floor, where it was incredibly cold, and the air conditioner wasn't working (or more precisely, we couldn't make the temperature warmer). In the morning, feeling under the weather and disappointed with the room, the reception offered to change our room. Our new room was simply amazing! Warm, beautiful, and cozy! Thanks to the responsive staff, our vacation improved because after long walks, we happily returned to the warm and beautiful room at Nobu.

We didn't buy breakfast at the hotel because the selection was very limited. The only downside is that you have to look for a hearty breakfast in the surrounding area.
