The self-service kitchen had everything and was quite nice for making ourselves breakfast. The tube station is a 5min walk and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel so that's quite convenient.

We had a room for 4 people (with 2 double beds) but it felt like a double room that they added an extra double bed in (i.e. it was quite small). The street can be quite loud at night as there's a fire department station nearby.

It was a nice little stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and looked good. The toliet was well cleaned and modern, water worked perfectly, soap and fresh towels were provided. In hot days you could use an aircon for additional 5 pounds for a whole stay, that was very helpful coz it was super hot during my stay. Kettle, coffee, milk, teas, save were provided. I could recommend this place for a short stay for one person.

Maybe rooms were a little bit too small, especially if there is more than just one person staying for a night, but for this price I didn't expect them to be too big. Location was a little bit out of town.

Staff was really helpful and welcoming. They made sure that our stay was comfortable and that we knew all the details that we need to know about navigating London. The location was really good as well close to subway and all the venues.

Location is amazing - it’s on the border of zones 1-2 and the Underground and Stansted shuttle bus is a 5-10 min. walk away. Room was exactly what I needed as a solo traveller for 2 nights; yes it was small but I was only there to sleep and shower. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom - absolutely excellent. The private bathroom being outside of the bedroom was not a problem at all. The level of cleanliness made it feel like a high-star hotel. Wifi and TV worked perfectly. Clean towel was provided and changed during room service. Staff allowed me to check in about an hour early - greatly appreciated after several hours of travel. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and current events in London, offering many recommendations. They also provided a punctual 5:30am wake up call so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Overall, I’d definitely stay again and recommend for an affordable, reliable, short stay when you have plans in central London. Thank you!

No elevator in the building and my room was on the top floor. Not an issue for me but could be a concern for travelers who are less mobile. Could hear guest in adjacent room snoring at night.

The staff is amazing! From the very beginning, we felt welcomed. Always attentive, polite and friendly. The room was exactly what we expected, a perfect and comfortable space to rest after spending the whole day getting to know London. Also, there's so many supermarkets in just a block or two away from the hotel, as well as a Underground station (about 4 minutes away). If you're a tourist, this is what you're looking for :-)

Nothing, after all it's a 3 star hotel. Still better than pricer apartments rented in the past.

The property is easy to find, near to bethnal green tube station and easy access to any transportation, however during our stay the tube station was closed..The room was quiet, they have security 24hrs..Shops, Restaurants and Groceries are everywhere.

The sink in the bathroom is super small, they don’t have elevator and there’s strange smell in the room.

The place is pretty decent, close to the tube. For the price - which was very reasonable, you get pretty much what you paid for, and if you just need a room to go and put your head down in at the end of the evening - it does just that.

There was a bit more noise coming from the street as the hotel is on a busy street, but that is to be expected. Not really a complain - more of a remark for other people to keep in mind.

Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing location with a lot of shops around and near by tube station. The room had a spacious and clean balcony.

The hotel did not have a lift and the balcony room was located on the top floor which would have been difficult to climb up the steep stairs with multiple luggage.

It's central with great transport going into the city and its a short walk to the London underground station witch is great to travel to and from the o2 arena for concerts, great shops nearby the staff were exceptional extremely friendly and helpful 😀

staff were really polite, the room was clean it was perfect for a couple of nights stay. Great value for money

To be picky, the pillows were really hard and uncomfortable. It’s on a main road and the traffic can be quite loud, this didn’t really bother us as we live on a busy road at home, but I can imagine this might bother other guests so think about that when booking.
