I don't understand the previous complaints about the noisy street closeby, if you are living in an urban environment, there is nothing new in this apartment. We liked the owners communication very much, we got all needed information for a seamless check-in. The place is in at excellent location, close to the city centre, with various travelling options including bus, metro and rail. The room was reasonably clean, and well-equipped for a short stay, including cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses. Also a stove, fridge and a microwave oven is provided. All in all, we have a very positive impression.

On the negative side: The place is very, very small. We were hardly able to fit two adults and two kids there. The sofa bed is a bit under-sized for two, not the most comfy either, and there were no bedsheets provided for the forth person (one slightly bigger was available though, but not enough for two). The wooden celling let all noises go through from the upper floor, we heard all footsteps from the loft above. If you plan to stay at the place instead of going out, you'll be surprised, but the room is perfect for spending the nights there, and only the nights. We also missed some cabinets for clothes, but that wouldn't fit in at all.

Studio apartment was good value for the money.

Bathroom shower was a trouble, hot and cold water was not working properly.

Bed was super comfortable, and the venue we stayed here for was only a 10 minute walk away. The cleaning staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and there are plenty of shops and places to eat around the apartment that are open until late. It was very safe and secure, as well as cozy. Even the open area between the apartments is pleasant and full of plants. The locals are extremely friendly and welcoming. As a female traveller, I would recommend this place to feel safe and secure. For the price you pay, it's absolutely worth it.

Unfortunately, my friend had an issue with retrieving a plate that had not been properly cleaned, but that wasn't much of an issue to us, these things can happen.. :) Additionally, the shower temperature has some issues with becoming too hot or too cold, without a medium temperature, though this also wasn't much of an issue and was still manageable.

Studio is just a 5min walk from the Shadwell station, and then it is one or two stops to The bank or River Bank, so really close to the city center. Right next door is sainsburys so it is really convenient. Studio is small, but we were two adults and two teenagers and it wasnt any problem. Well you will only sleep there anyway:-)) Small kitchen and table is just enough for a few days stay. In the morning I have met the cleaner and I have to say, that she is really good at her job. Owner is quick in replays and it is so easy to get the codes for entrance. All together good value for money. It is probably Palestinian part of the London, so kebab on every corner, so we try one which says: best kebab, just across the Iceland. It was good and so big portion, pleasant owner.

Everything was OK.

The place is near the Centre with a lot of different stores arround, bus line at any hour, and the DLR line at 5mn by foot The studio the studio is a good size, with all the accessories required for a stay (even an iron and ironing board!). Access is keyless, which is handy when you have a group of friends coming home at different times. In short, a very good place to stay!

There was enough room to lay out all 3 luggages and has a clothes rack for drying clothes Washing machine and dryer which we could use anytime we wanted to wash our clothes It was near a supermarket and market and there was easy access to city centre with buses and train stations Walkable to many attractions and places of interest

Could hear vehicles passing by sometimes in the night Water pressure was on and off Bed was too springy Apartment is a walk up apartment with no stairs

Clean and comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Refrigerator, dishes, etc. Quiet and felt safe. Loved have a small supermarket right next door.

The washing machine took forever. Over an hour. I don’t know if I picked the wrong setting. We are a family of four. Two of us had to shower in the morning and two at night because the hot water would run out otherwise. This wasn’t really a problem. Just had to plan around it.

We stayed two nights for my wife's FRCR exam at Citymax studio.It was a charm right size studio for two adults and two kids.very clean and quite environment. Specilly worth for the money.walking distance to Whitechapel rail station. Supermarkets and food courts with Asian/European cushions. Excellent place if you love to cook your own food. My kids were really impressed with the King Edward memorial Park near the Thames River which was just walking distance.

The whole place was pretty cool and had everything you need for your stay! Hot water, shampoo, towels and everything included!

The neighbourhood was a little bit of a mess but the place was pretty fine and clean!

It is my second time staying here. The location is alright, with many food options and the room was comfortable. The host was very responsive and replied my queries instantaneously.

This studio has a bit of stairs to climb. Hence, I would not recommended it for seniors and small children's.
