All of the staff was good, and Teresa was excellent and very helpful. It was very quiet, no street noise, but you could hear the people in the room next door. Once, I had to knock on the wall, and they quieted down right away. Very comfortable bed. I have allergies and the staff was very accommodating. They really worked with me and met my needs. I am very allergic to a lot of fragrances, and I had no wishes there. Also, both my husband and I have some mobility issues, and they happily put us on the ground floor. The lighting was excellent. Is very few hotel rooms have such good light. Also the curtains were great for making it dark to sleep at night. The room itself was lovely. We felt very comfortable and safe there.

The room seemed a bit small for us, but I am told that hotel rooms in europe are pretty small and that that was considered a big room. It would have been nice to have a nightstand, but it was clear that there was no room on either side of the bed for one. The shower was very tiny, but there was plenty of hot water and and it was workable. My husband and I are not very big people, so we were able to make it work. I think that a very large person would have a difficult time there.

I've stayed here many times and despite rising prices in London will always choose this hotel. The staff are always helpful and the location suits me for the airport and for getting around the city. I was able to leave my large suitcase while going off for a short trip - that is a big plus! There's no lift, but staff are kind in giving assistance - much appreciated.

The area is quiet, but there is sometimes noise from other rooms. The shower room is very narrow. Sad that since Covid they have given up their wonderful breakfast service.

We got a room at 2nd floor (twin bed) facing the street and it was beyond my expactations. The staff is excellent, very helpful, thank you so much for all your assistance. The room was really quite spacious, very bright, clean, with clean white linen, the room smelled fresh and it was quiet. There was a quite big bathroom with a bath, so taking a shower was very easy even for a bigger guy (I suppose there are smaller rooms with a small shower, however our room - n 21 was excellent). There is a kettle + tea, coffee, sugar, even small milk cups in the room - so it was very nice to have a mornig coffee in the room. It is not Ritz, however for the price we paid - we got much (much!) more than expected. Please take note - there is NO LIFT (for us it wasn't an issue, we were fully aware of it, it's written on the main page of the hotel, so honestly it's not fair to complain about it as I can see in other reviews). Apart of that, even if you get a smaller, a bit more basic room: location, location, location. It's right in the center of London, Earl's Court underground station within a few steps away, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. If you have time - take a walk around Chelsea/Kensington area to see beautiful, white houses (turn right stepping out of the hotel) or just take a walk to National History Museum, it's not really far. We are very happy that we have chosen this hotel and if I have a chance to be back to London - I'd choose this hotel again.

Quiet, safe place to rest our heads after busy days sight seeing. Within a block one can walk to food, pubs, pharmacy, anything you need…and still have a quiet room to sleep at night. Teresa & Ismail at the front desk were the nicest and most helpful people, helped with day trip planning & transportation, they were absolutely the best!! Only surprise was that we stayed in room 1 as a family of 4 and was not expecting to be in the basement, it was ok, though unexpected. Overall absolutely recommend

We will return to the Rushmore Hotel next time we're in London, and will recommend it to everyone needing a family-sized room. There's nothing fancy about the family room, but there was a double-bed, two separate twin beds, a couch, a coffee table, and a desk, as well as bedside tables, decent lighting, a good-sized closet, a kettle, and plenty of floor space. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Very convenient to Earl's Court tube station, as well as to various restaurants and shops. Walkable to Kensington, and for those who don't mind the walk, about an hour from Buckingham Palace, with a pleasant stroll through Hyde's Park. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

No iron or ironing board in the room, but the reception desk has one to lend. The family room is on the top floor (4th/5th) and up narrow steps with no lift, so be forewarned if that is an issue. No breakfast.

November 2022

There was no breakfast included. We had both very helpful and accommodating staff and also one woman who was not very helpful at all, she may have been an owner. One lady on the staff went above and beyond being helpful and we appreciated her so much being foreigners. Wish I could remember her name to drop a shout out, beautiful, sweet blonde woman. Watched our luggage after checkout, helped us find a place for tea (we didn’t realize we should’ve made reservations) gave us directions, she was AWESOME.

Rooms are a bit scruffy and could use some maintenance. All the necessities were available, though. As we were checking in, we asked the intake lady, (she could have been an owner),to charge us separately and she said she would and as she said that and looked me in the eye she charged the whole thing to my card only. That was a bit weird.

We got a lovely room with a nice view and they respected our request to have the room on one of the lower rooms (because of my mom's health issues and lack of lift in the hotel). The daily cleaning was really nice - it was great to come back to a refreshened room after a whole day of sightseeing. The hotel is really close to the station and the area is full of shops and restaurant making it super convenient. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. All in all - next time visiting London, we will probably come back.

The shower was really tricky - might be our fault though (either too cold or too hot). The furniture was a bit worn down but at least the daily cleaning made up to it. There was a funny smell entering the hotel but you could not smell that in the room at all. The road was pretty busy and the windows are old so be prepared for the noise of the traffic.

We were 3 girls from the same family so they provided us with a 3 bedded room which was very spacious. it was down stairs and there was a fan available. The receptionist that was there in the evening was very helpful, we had ordered a takeaway and my daughter was waiting upstairs for it she told her to go back and join her family and she would notify us when the delivery came, and because it was taking awhile she even rang the company to see where our delivery was. All the staff in reception was friendly and very inviting. you are only around the corner from Earl Court underground and from all the shop and food places.

Brilliant location, about 500 yards from Earls Court Station. Lots of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Hotel room was very small but extremely clean, and the towels were changed every day and beds made. Had a great night's sleep. Staff lovely and friendly. My only negative is that we were on the 3rd floor and as there's no lift, we had alot of stairs to climb after a day sight seeing, which killed us 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Wouldn't knock the reviews down for it though.. Would definitely stay here again, but would request a ground floor room. Felt very safe and comfortable x M

Hotel for sleeping - beds without breakfast. Very nice beds and decently clean. However, it is located in a beautiful street in a perfect spot 2 mins walk near Earls Court Station. Easy to grab breakfast in one of the nice cafes near the station (recommend Pauls)

For british standards, its clean and in fine conditions. However, not all would agree it’s a 10/10 for cleanliness.
