Loved the location 200 ft from Earls Court Has a minimart, a KFC, a McD, a Nandos and a Thai, Indian and Italian all within 200 ft. Plus lots of cafes and a Pret Manger too. Justvthe best spot. Quiet at night too. Rooms are very clean and so is the bathroom. Amenities could be a bit better supplied esp in the bathroom ..but nothing one can't get in the next door pharmacy or minimart. So all in all ..will def come back n stay here.

Hopefully by my next time , the renovation will be over and elevators will be operational. Thats the only bummer .. The narrow stairs we had to navigate w 2 suitcases up 2 floors ...of fairly steep steps .

The property was clean and tidy and so was our room. We were able to have one room for all of us which a lot of hotels didn’t offer. The staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel was in a good location.

We were in B4. Some of the floorboards were noisy. l noticed some had been nailed down but others need to be seen too. Also one night it seemed like people were throwing rubbish down outside our window and it was noisy. This was about 10pm. Another small issue I think the staff were having their breaks just outside our window.

The location was perfect, in a lovely quiet street but just around the corner from the tube station. We got to the theatre, which was the main purpose of our visit, in no time at all. The room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and my daughter and I had a lovely night's sleep!

Not really a criticism but breakfast would have been a nice addition! As it was, there were lots of places close by where we could go to get something to eat in the morning.

This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. Just a two minute walk to the Earls Court underground (Picadilly and District Lines), which gives you access to the entire city in just a few minutes—and a direct line to Heathrow Terminal 5. The high street at the end of our block had every kind of food or drink you could be looking for. The staff was wonderful. Amir is a great host and greeted us with a big smile every time he saw us. He was very helpful giving advice for places to eat and things to see. Our room was lovely and quite large and even had a terrace. I can't wait to return to London and I will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in London. The value can't be beat.

-Location is right around the corner from Earl's Court Station -Staff were very helpful, option to leave the hotel key (a bulky piece of metal for a keychain) at the hotel with check-in paper to get it back -Option to leave luggage with hotel, however, this will be kept in the reception -Room size is comfortable

-Room is not soundproofed at all, could hear people coming in and out from rooms next door and to access the lift -Water pressure in the shower was disappointing -The ceiling in the bathroom looked to be cracking, potentially due to condensation and a lack of an extractor, although one sounds like it goes off with lights -Main room curtains were stained

We stayed in apartment 15A. It was spotless & had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy & we had a great nights sleep. Very quiet location and only a 2 minute walk to the tube station. A bit of a random one having a stepper exercise machine by the bed! Which we didn't use but maybe handy for some. We were able to leave our bags back at the main hotel until our flight which was really handy.

A bit of a hoohaa to get the key. Although we were booked into the Mayflower Hotel & went to check in at the Mayflower Hotel..we actually had to go further down the street and around the corner to Nevern Hotel to get the key. And then double back on ourselves and across the road to actually get to the apartment. But once this was all done, everything else was fine.

Excellent location to tube station and easy to find. 3 minutes from the station, shops, pubs, cafes etc.

Nothing really. I suppose I could say the floors creaked but that comes from the age if the hotel. Every thing else was fine.

The location was superb, just a three-minute walk from Earls Court tube station. The basement flat is located next door to the main building. The accommodation itself is nothing short of amazing. You have everything you need to be self sufficient, a fully fitted kitchenette with an oven, small fridge and electric hob. There is a cool little utility room with ironing facilities and clothes storage. There is also a huge walk-in shower and a massive four-poster bed. Tastefully decorated throughout this place is 100% value for money and highly recommended.

The place is lovely with some delightful features and furniture, yet there is a hideous toilet seat! I didn’t quite understand why somebody hadn't changed it. It’s a £20 investment at best. There could be some wine glasses and salt and pepper also provided. The window blinds are also broken and don’t allow the slats to open and close, but you raise them easy enough. That said, these are minor things and super easy fixes.

The Mayflower Hotel is very well located to explore London. It is at a walking distance (maybe 2-3 minutes) from Earl´s Court Underground Station (between zone 1 and zone 2, piccadilly and district line available). There is plenty of places to have breakfast (Paul, Pret-a-Manger, Caffe Nero, etc.) near the underground station, and from there you can also go straight to the Heathrow airport (using the piccadilly line in less than 1 hour). The staff was superfriendly and helpful, I have to thank them for it. Overall, this hotel was a very good value for the price.

Maybe the bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

The staff were very warm and friendly. Location was superb; 1-2 minute walk from the tube, eateries and supermarket very close! The room was clean and the turn down through the day was quick and easy! Main entrance to the hotel was securely monitored and required ringing a bell to gain access. Room also had a fan which helped with the warm temperatures at the time!

Lack of power points in the room, broken USB ports/power points and the bed creaked every time you moved on it (wooden frame fixed to the wall). Floor boards directly outside our room in the hallway also creaked excessively when other guests walked past!
