We had the kings suite and it was beautiful and huge.

There were just some little niggles that let the room down. The heating/Aircon unit not working was a big problem, at times the room was very cold. The room was stunning but there is some rough tiling in the bathroom. The intercom doesn't work and caused a minor inconvenience. We got this room at a great price but had we have paid full price I would have expected these little things to be right.

The staff here are outstanding! They met all our needs and were so kind at every encounter. The location is amazing as it’s only a couple of blocks from the tube station yet it’s on a quiet street. Also, this place is super clean, which is always appreciated. When the woman at breakfast noticed that I kept getting tea, she immediately offered me a larger mug every morning and that was great!

The mattress was really hard. My daughter and I couldn’t sleep on our sides because the mattress dug into our hips. Also, the breakfast was too light for our tastes. The boiled eggs were over done and rubbery, and I usually love eggs. We ended up eating just toast. Other than that, things were great!

We stayed there to attend the Apollo for my Birthday and although I hadn’t realised there was no full breakfast and no dressing table in the room to be able to sit and do my make up , I was able to use the bathroom light and mirror. The score would be higher if there had been a table and a chair with a mirror and a docket available. For a luxury room that was disappointing. That said the room was clean , bed very comfortable. Shower needs to have a flexible head on it as the fixed head just jetted water across the bath. The breakfast was ok. Boiled eggs, fresh couple of meats and fresh tomatoes plus fruit. They very kindly gave me some gluten free bread to toast which was appreciated. If you go for a continental style breakfast I’d be looking for melon, oranges, avocado and some more Mediterranean meats than ham and I think it was turkey. Coffee was good. I must say well done to all the staff. Always smiling and the breakfast staff were delight. The car park is tiny only room for 4 cars so I was relieved to have got a space. Security will accompany you to the location and your car is locked up safely. Now I know what is available id stay there again if we go up to the Eventim Apollo as the location is excellent for the tube and a couple of bars were really excellent for their snacks and wine.

All round amazing! We had the ottoman suite. There’s a bath in the middle of the room so you can have a bath whilst watching tv. Bed is so comfy and there is a balcony you can smoke and sit out on. There is a park right opposite where you can see the squirrels and foxes running around.

The only thing I would say is that the balcony railing is quite low. I didn’t feel safe going too close to it. One wrong slip and I felt like I might go over it. Breakfast is included and continental. However it was only really a selection of croissants and sliced meat. Would be nice to see a bit more selection such as yogurts and cereal. You have to pay extra for a full English.

Nice and clean room. Area around the hotel is nice, and breakfast was good. We arrived earlier than check in time and were allowed to store our luggage in a lobby area and return later for the check in.

When we checked out, we informed the receptionist and she said it's noted and wished us farewell. We left the hotel but then realized we still had the keycard. We called and asked if it can just be deactivated, but in the end we had to come all the way back from the city to return the keycard otherwise we would have been charged a large fee, which was a stressful experience.

Good location close to Tube, staff was super friendly, clean property. Complimentary coffee and tea was lovely and very welcome. Toiletries were provided by Rituals -which always sleek and feel amazing.

Room was already small to begin with, the additional bulky one-seater takes up a lot of space in the room making it feel very cramped. Might be best to exchange the corner furniture for some hanging shelves as to optimise the very little floor space that is available.

The hotel was easy to find and well located, with good access to the transport system. A short walk from Earls Court tube station and the local high street making traveling and eating easy. The area had many restaurants public houses and food options available. The room was clean ,tidy and well serviced although some people may think it a little small. Breakfast was a well organized continental style buffet and the staff were very efficient, effective and obliging to the guests. It came with good reviews and did not disappoint.

The hotel lacks only one thing, a communal space maybe a bar or bigger lounge. Other than that it ticked a lot of boxes for my wife and I.

We don't know what the other rooms were like but we stayed in the Ottoman suite. It was in the next Victorian/Georgian building. Up a flight of about 20 stairs. On opening the door it was a brilliant surprise! Fab decor, turquoise and gold. Huge room, huge bed and a bath in the room itself! Lots of floor to ceiling windows and a balcony with table and two chairs overlooking a magnificent private, blossom filled park. What a bonus. Breakfast was in the main hotel next door. The continental breakfast was fresh and ample. The lovely staff greeted us with a smile. The tube is just around the corner. We had great weather too which made travel and walking very easy.

We were very happy. The odd noise from neighbours but it's to be expected from a residential area. We slept well.

I loved this hotel, less than 5 mins level walk to Earls Crt station where you can easily access Heathrow and Kings Cross/ St Pancras with no stairs except for the few outside the hotel. I really liked the decor here, it was clean and comfy and the staff were lovely and helpful. The marble bathrooms added a touch of luxury. The area feels safe which is important to me. Breakfast was very nice in a lovely sunny room but no hot food. Free wifi

You could hear people walking in other rooms and water running but this is to be expected in such an old building
