The room I had was huge with separate lounge area. Bed linen was beautiful. Location - just a few short steps to the Brompton Road and Harrods. Free soft drinks 24/7. The most delicious cream tea, brought up to the room. The scones were fresh and warm. Clotted cream and Jam. All included in the price.

Nothing I can think of.

Lovely staff at the front desk. My queen room on the top floor was large and had space for luggage + a sofa to use for work or relaxing. The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable and space very generous.

The shower is very complicated to use without instructions, at least 3 things to turn to get hot water and the drain open! If you have a large queen room on the top floor the lift does not go to the top, so you have to walk up and down to catch the lift. The property is small and the stairwell tiny, so while its not a massive inconvenience, if you have large bags it is difficult to get up and down on check-in and check-out.

Room was clean and well presented , their was air conditioning as it’s quite warm . The robe and white company toiletries were a nice touch too. Staff were helpful and friendly and there was complimentary soft drinks and water in reception. As well as cream tea every day . Location was perfect

The hotel was noisy . You could hear people walking around and doors constantly . There are no drinks facilities in the room . Only in reception. We were on the 4th floor and it was a long way to go to get a drink . Would have be nice to have your own facilities. The breakfast was continental , pre ordered and delivered to your room . We never received what we ordered . We had porridge instead of muesli and one croissant to share . There were other items but not what was requested . This happened both days .

Cosy comfortable room, very quiet with comfortable bed, soft cotton bed linen, lovely thick white towels, complimentary bathrobe. Good night's rest and nice to have small opening windows in the toilet area and bedroom, no traffic roaring by. Hotel location is a stone's throw from Harrods, and about 20 minutes walking distance to the Royal Albert Hall, and near to Hyde Park Serpentine and other tourist attractions. Walking distance to Knightsbridge Underground station and bus stop to London Victoria train station.

Room window blind needed attention, could not pull it up, needed a little natural light in the room. I would have liked to be able to make a hot drink in my room as and when, bottled water provided but no biscuits as advertised. Help yourself availability to tea and coffee in reception/lounge, very small area and very small cups! Coffee from machine was lukewarm, hot milk would have helped! Disappointingly no biscuits here either, also not sure what happened to the complimentary afternoon cream tea, no mention of it, is advertised so don't think one should have to ask.

Hotels Location was great, just around the corner from Harrods, easy to get to from Tube. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful. We had asked for an early check in, and they managed to sort this for us. Room was clean, spacious, well decorated. Hotel was happy to hold our luggage after we had checked out, (which saved us having to carry it around, as we had a few hours to kill). We would definitely look at booking this hotel again, for our next stay in London.

Sadly there aren't Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, you have to go down to reception to use the facilities there (tea, coffee, a selection of cold drinks and bottled water) it's not a big issue, but if your on the very top floor it a long way to go up and down either by the stairs or lift. The air conditioner in our room didn't work very well at all, hardly cooled the room at all, on one of the hottest days of the year.

From the moment we arrived after 30 hours travelling we were greeted with exceptional service. Our bags were stored then they helped us to our room. We had asked for a quiet room and it was, despite being so close to a big road it is in a quiet dead end street. They had also put some thought into situating us away from the lift. Of course it is not a 5 star hotel but it has real charm with lots of lovely touches like the complementary scones and tea brought to our room on a tray. Considering the prices in London I thought this hotel was real value for money and a great location to explore Kensington and near two tube stops. I would def stay again.

It didn’t bother us in fact we liked being high up but you need to know there are narrow corridors and a tiny lift . If you had huge bags you would have a squeeze getting up to rooms on higher floors however they do help you. Our room had lots of space once inside ( def not a standard room so book larger room if you want space. ). To repeat we were very happy but best to know what you’re getting.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The lobby feels like a homey living room, and there is a selection of soft drinks, coffee, tea, as well as different periodicals to read. The room was on the smaller side but it is normal in London. The room was clean and tidy, and had everything one may need. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and it was accessible via stairs (there is an elevator stopping on 2nd floor). Some flights of stairs were quite steep, but it was not an issue for us. The wonderful staff helped with bringing luggage upstairs. We also enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea and tasty scones which were brought to our room. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

We were made very welcomed by Receptionist when checking in. Our luggage was carried to our suite. We were asked if we would like to order afternoon tea or coffee, which was free. The scone's are home made and were lovely and warm. The suite was spacious and comfy. It was a lovely surprise for my Grandson's upcoming Birthday treat. We went to the Theatre in Piccadilly which was also close by, Harrods around the corner from Hotel. We will be returning in the future. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

There wasn't anything to dislike

This is a fantastic location with Harrods and the tube station just around the corner, along with a Boots, Sainbury’s and Waitrose. It’s the easiest (no transfers) tube to get to when you have a suitcase and need to travel to Heathrow.

Note that the property doesn’t have a mini fridge or kettle in the rooms. Although you can make tea/coffee in reception and access cold drinks, it would be more enjoyable if these things were available in your own room.
