Great Hotel and location. The only reason I didn't git it a 10 is because we arrived at 11, checked in at the front desk and were told our room would be ready just before 3. We checked our bags and went off touring. Got back at 3. Room is not ready. While other people just arriving were given their rooms, At 3:45 I check again. Once again were told our room is not ready yet. So I asked for a room that was ready with success. Why couldn't that been done at 3? After that our stay was exceptional.

The location was perfect !!!. We took a taxi from Heathrow airport to the hotel. It was in a perfect location that we could walk from to destinations. I had requested a room on the front side of the hotel with beautiful iron railings outside of the window and that's exactly what we received. The staff were wonderful from the front desk to the concierge. We wanted to go to Windsor Castle and we were able to but that excursion tickets through the concierge. They were very helpful with arraigning transportation via the Hop-on, Hop off bus line which was perfect for getting a perfect view of the city.

We have nothing to complain about .!!

The Rembrandt Hotel is opposite the Victoria and Albert Museum and near to all the other museums and exhibitions centres in Kensington as well as The Albert Hall. It also worked well that the S Kensington underground is on the circle and Piccadilly lines and is close to the hotel. The reception and bar/restaurant staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our twin room on the 6th floor was clean, warm and comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities. It was amazingly quiet overnight too which was a real bonus. We had a light lunch which was excellent, and supper which was also very good - and reasonably priced considering it is a 4* hotel. The buffet breakfast was well presented and considering it was included in the price, great value. I would certainly stay there again if I wished to be in that part of London.

The meals were served in the bar area and it got a little noisy during supper but no real problem. Otherwise there was nothing at the hotel that we did not appreciate.

Location of hotel is excellent, room was comfortable and faced V&A as I had requested. I had dinner there on the first night and felt comfortable even though I was travelling alone. Breakfast still fine although I noticed that there is less variety on offer now than some years ago ( I have stayed there many times over the years I have lived abroad).

I had asked for a room on one of the upper floors but was given a room on the 1st floor. There was shampoo in the bathroom but no conditioner and I do not like having to climb into a bath to have a shower. I am very fit for my age and also quite tall however it is still somewhat dangerous and I hate to think how difficult it would be for most people of my age. I see no need for a bath and would be much happier with a proper shower.

Location was fantastic. We managed to visit Harrods, The Victoria & Albert Museum, and walk around Buckingham Palace to see the preparations for the Coronation coverage. We also enjoyed “An Evening with Stanley Tucci” in aid of the Trussell Trust at The Royal Albert Hall and all of this in 24 hours! Car Park was a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, lifts efficient and the air con just right. We would happily revisit this hotel.

Don’t feel any criticism is justified at all.

Best location in London, easy to get to from the Southwest.

There is no ramp in the front entrance to be able to get in and out with the pram, so we had to carry it up every time. We wonder how wheelchair users manage to get in and out of the hotel.

This was one of the best stays we have ever had. The room was perfect size especially in comparison to other London accommodation. The bathroom was also a great size with a modern walk in bathroom that was lush every morning. the view from the room was also amazing. Great views morning and night of the V&A. The breakfast was also a 11/10. Tonnes of options and all the hot food was high quality. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Of the concierge staff was very chatty and talked to us about his trips to Ireland. We had an issue with a plug socket in our room and it was fixed within 10 minutes of asking. South Kensington tube station is a short walk nearby surrounded by a square full of many choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. The V&A, Science Museum and Natural History Museum are also close by.

I had no concerns to note. Even if I did everything good would supersede the negatives

Welcoming staff. Helpful and Unfailingly pleasant throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent. ( although would have liked cooked spinach to have with eggs - difficult to find anywhere in London hotels)

Rooms a little stuffy ie Air conditioning in first room we had was poor. In second room it was a bit noisy but had to leave on at night as we could not open the window, Atmosphere in bar area could have been livelier - at least some of the time.

Great location. Good meals and excellent variety in breakfast. Rooms really good. Loved the lounge/bar area

Staff were quite ok but didn't know much about the general area around the hotel . There was one British man who was on staff that was really helpfull and liked to engage with us. The other staff would answer yes or no but no engagement in conversation.. travellers need reception staff to have some idea about local attractions and transport

This hotel is ideally located for visits to the Victoria & Albert Museum as well as the Natural History Museum. Excellent buffet breakfast catering to multiple tastes. Concierge staff is very helpful. Room was quiet although the hotel is on a main road.

There is a short flight of 6 stairs leading to the breakfast room with a curved handrail that is less than ideal for support while using the stairs. However very few hotel properties are free of problems for the mobility impaired person.
