Staff attentiveness was first class. Room ( Berkeley Room) a good size and well appointed. NIce touches owing too a special occasion.

Unable to be accomodated in Collins Room for a cooked breakfast was massively disappointing. Able to get a table in the cafeteria only because we were guests. Cold croissants, solid butter and no handles on coffee cups. Although nice enough croissants not enough choice. For a 5* hotel, and the price paid overall not what i would expect. Its the little things that put you off returning.

Had breakfast at Collins Room and every dish was a hit. On the pricey side but you won’t mind once you’re stuffed. Food from room service was also really good. Staff are polite and helpful. Concierge came through with Beyoncé tickets at the very last minute (sadly didn’t get his name). A stones throw away from Harrods. Hot stone massage at the spa was exceptional!

After we had breakfast in the restaurant the first day and got delayed because it took so long to order and get the food, we ordered breakfast in the room the next day and it was perfect; arrived in time and very good!

The service in the restaurant was extremely slow (both for breakfast and for early dinner) and absolutely not good enough for such a hotel.

We were greeted with open arms. It was like no greeting we have ever experienced in are lives the staff who work at the Berkeley are on another level,

There’s not one thing I could say about are stay it’s perfection beyond are wildest dreams ,

the location - spacious rooms - very friendly staff - cleanses of the room - comfort of the Mattress

I was out in one of the old rooms sadly I stayed couple of time in Renovated rooms - make sure you ask for the new rooms

The staff are lovely. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great location.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful, its the only hotel we will stay in when we visit London. Its peaceful yet on the doorstep of Harvey Nichols and Harrods. That team made my wife’s birthday one to remember !!

The main lift broke whilst we were there but that’s no reason to be disappointed, the service lift was just around the corner..

the staff are very warm and welcoming. the room is tidy and clean and comfortable. location is excellent!!!

the drilling in the building starts every morning from 9:30am was really a bit let down for me. it's like my wake up call everyday since it's so very loud. i checked with one of the people in concierge and he told me it's from other building but it's clearly coming from next door or the same floor. the next few days the noise moving upper floors but it still woke me up every morning. it would be better if they don't start renovation at such hour eventhough the time i was staying was mid april which was quite quiet due to the lockdown.
