Stayed at the hotel for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The staff were extremely attentive including accommodating our late reservation request for dinner and providing late checkout. Fantastic!

Dinner service was quite slow

The location was perfect and overall it was a very good experience. I would have given a 10 were it not for the fact that the Butler service we expected was very poor and not as anticipated, expected or advertised. We had a suite with Butler service and whilst the room was wonderful the butler experience was sadly lacking ad definitely NOT was expecting.

The butler service or lack thereof. We had booked this hotel for a landmark birthday and were very sad that this was not as expected. It was a shame as it marred an otherwise wonderful 3 days!

Our stay at the Lanesborough will live long in our memory. The room we had was really beautiful. We were allocated a room on the second floor overlooking the court yard it had a large window which let in a lot of light. The light made the decor in the room look resplendent and bigger that it really was. There was a large Crystal chandelier hanging over the bed and this really gave the room that wow factor. There was a lovely bathroom fully marbled and clean. Everything in the room was in good condition and to us it seems that the room is well maintained to a high standard. Our room was a Delux room with all the gadgets such as tv in the bedroom and bathroom. The room is set up to meet the needs of those who are into the latest gizmo. There was a Butler allocated to our room and they constantly asked if we needed items such as tea, snacks or general help in our room. The whole team at the Lanesborough worked together to meet the need of their guests. We will be returning to the Lanesborough in the feature.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

The warmth and friendliness of the staff - not at all snobby, kind, and sensitive to how one likes to be treated. The perfect facilities and the level of care put in everything. You can notice that everyone takes full ownership of the guest experience. And of course LILI ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Prefer a separate shower, but that may be due to room choice. I cannot think of any actual issue. This is our new go-to in London.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was beautifully maintained and all of the rooms were comfortable and impeccably maintained. The food was delicious and the floral displays were stunning, adding to the calm and welcoming ambience.

A minor point- it would’ve been great to have both tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room along with some fresh milk and may be a few biscuits on arrival. ( We had tea but no milk or coffee even though both were requested in advance).The fruit was a lovely touch though.

Amazing experience and stay at The Lanesborough. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond. We needed a specific type of energy gel for the London Marathon. The concierge team found the exact gels and delivered them to us in 20 minutes. The best and most exclusive hotel in London. We will 100% return to stay again.

Nothing

The location, staff and comfort were second to none. Nothing was too much for our wonderful hosts and they prepared our room beautifully for birthday celebrations.

Our room was a bit warm despite a pre-arrival request form asking about temperature preferences (but I'm splitting hairs). A bit disappointed that the ladies steam room wasn't working and one side of the hydro pool (which apparently hasn't been working for some time).

The staff in all areas were excellent. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained Facilities within the hotel were also first class

The bar closing at 10:30 was a bit of a surprise. There was a lounge open, but there were a lot of families eating in there, so the atmosphere wasn't great. The breakfast was expensive and poor. Some items didn't arrive as requested and the some items were quite undercooked.

the only thing we are not ok is that the vallet parking is not so good. when we return the car to our car rental, there are all scratches around the car and we pay huge damage cost to the service. we do not take any photo before we give the car anyway but we are very confident that the scratches is not from us. everything else is perfect!
