The cleanliness and the fitness center along with the lobby cafe

While check in, the receptionist was not even smiling like he was forced to do the check in. Also, while check out i was shocked about the room revenue service charges for all nights which is a hidden costs and not been captured in the booking. I tried to understand why is that and it was not even mentioned in the hotel policies.

The room was a reasonable size. The breakfast was superb and the staff overall were very good and helpful.The location was excellent because we were visiting Hyde Park for concerts.

Unfortunately when we got back to our room after the concert we discovered something had been taken from our room. The hotel replaced it but it was a hassle late at night that we didn't need and it took the shine off our weekend away.

Brefast was good even if a little disorganised

Elevators are extremely frustrating, there a 4 of them, yet they take forever to arrive, it has been the same all stays

Room was excellent and breakfast was extremely good. The staff in the restaurant and reception and all hotel were friendly and extremely nice and helpful. I totally loved the hotel and for sure I am looking forward to returning back someday in future.

the bathroom wasn’t what i expected would have preferred a standing shower, as i’ve been to other hotels paid slightly less and bathroom was more updated and had a spacious standing shower

The location was absolutely perfect for our weekend as we were attending 2 concerts for BST Hyde Park on Friday and Saturday for my birthday, Hyde Park is directly opposite the hotel. Hyde park tube station directly outside so getting there from Euston was a breeze. It was also an easy walk to Buckingham palace, Knightsbridge, Park Lane etc. We decided to have room service a few times over the weekend and food was excellent and good speedy service too. If we were to be lucky enough to get tickets for BST in 2024, I will definately be staying there again without question.

Consierge team were fantastic. The airlines left some luggage in Serbia and it will take 4 day to arrive which contained essential meditation and without it I likely would have ended up in hospital. They arranged for a doctor to come to my room for a consultation who prescribed me the medication I urgently needed

Smoking ashtrays were out on street and not under cover whilst I understand hotel is smoke free with would be a little more dignified to have them undercover near where taxi park not on street

the staff were very friendly - the staff in charge of Josie keeping ensured the room was super clean ! there is a French staff in the restaurant who lightened up our mornings he was super nice

the staff in charge of the room gave us a wrong room not what we requested on may fair floor ( which we specifically pointed out several times before our arrival ) it waisted our time to wait for the correct room!

The staff was lovely - friendly and attentive. Pearl in the bar welcomed us our first night and really was instrumental in us having a wonderful evening that first night.

I like firm pillows. It would be a nice touch if instead of all the same pillows in the room to have at least one that is not a feather - I did request a different one and the request was handled immediately.

Breakfast had great variety and high quality. Service by the staff was also excellent. The location was very convenient for our meetings.

There was a fire alarm in the early hours of the morning. There were not enough staff to attend to the guests in the street. Arrangement to move to a nearby hotel to escape the chilly weather was somewhat belated. Luckily the incident did not take long to resolve. As an IHG member I had no privileges availed to me whatsoever. My membership was worthless!
