both check in and check out were very smooth. they offered to keep our suitcase the last day after we checked out for free. the room was very comfy and quiet. the tea/coffee machine next to the room was very convenient and a nice addition. they also provided water in the room and refilled it every time. the shower was hot and spacious, and the room was very clean. the breakfast was also very good, there is a huge choice and the quality is better than the average breakfast buffet. the vegan croissants were excellent. the location is extremely convenient if you arrive from stansted because the bus stops at whitechapel which is a 10 minutes walk. the subway station aldgate east is a 4 minutes walk and there are bus stops very close too. in a walkable distance you can go to a lot of places too. there is a tesco very close to the hotel too.

Room is spacious and bed is nice. It is a clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and a full English breakfast for ppl that like that. There is a bar and an option to eat lunch and dinner as well and it is a good menu. Staff is super nice and helpful. Location is great - close to metro and bus.

The easy thing I would change is to add more place to keep clothes in the room - like shelves or drawers. There is a rack for hanging. Room is quite big so it would fit definitely. One thing that is more difficult to change is the bathroom. It is big and has all it should have but the way it was done is just not ideal. It has plastic walls and very inefficient shower that always has a puddle of water in front. Door of the bathroom is useless and the whole bathroom set up is not sound isolated. It's a pity because there is enough space, but the execution was bad. If you are staying 2-3 days you will survive and it doesn't ruin the whole stay, but it is definitely not helping to have a cosy feeling.

I liked the atmosphere at this hotel. The bar area was very welcoming, and there was always something happening. A nice place also just to hang out. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was so much better than expected. Also, you are awarded with a free drink in the bar if you skip getting your room cleaned.

The room, in general, was big and nice, but the bathroom was too much a part of the room. I understand that this is part of the design. But I would have liked to be able to close the door properly to the bathroom 😉 not only using a sliding door. The sofa bed mattress was not so comfortable, while the double bed was nice and comfortable.

I loved the modernity of the rooms, the helpful staff and the excellent location. I originally chose The Corner simply because the photos looked good and the location seemed close enough and then discovered that I got lucky. Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market, Tower are in easy walking distance, and everything else is just a matter of jumping onto the Tube. The beds were more comfortable than the ones we have at home, we had outstanding sleep quality. On top of that, the staff was super helpful when I developed a case of blisters and was quickly supplied with a set of band aids. Huge Thank you!!

The staff is very friendly! We shared a room between the three of us and asked if the couch could already be made up on arrival and they did so that was awesome! A clean hotel with a good breakfast selection. Close to a metro stop, right at Brick lane and with the London Tower only a little walk away. Great to have parking at the back of the hotel with chargers but we were lucky to have the last spot..

On Saturday night there was an Indian party nearby (guessing a restaurant) with loud music that lasted until 3am.. we could hear everything nice and clear. Which was a pitty because other city noises were minimal due to our room being at the back of the hotel. We saw the manager on monday not being nice towards his employees which was a pitty.. he did push his employees to that extra mile but we had the feeling he could've handled it better and would rather not have had that extra mile if that meant his employees could've had a better morning.

Room was clean and confortable Breakfast was always amazing Helpfull and nice Staff Facilities were modern, fresh and confortable Free Wifi was good. Sometimes it went down for a few seconds but that is to be expected i guess. But never for too long that affects whatever you are doing. View from window was good.

Not accepting cash for payments is an incovenience specially for foreigners that have to pay exchange rates for visa payments, evne in small purchases we could just give moeny we have exchanged. The Free drink Card I got was only given to my room very late in my last night, so I only saw it in the morninig and couldn't use it.

We arrived to a very nice welcome from staff and despite being early for check-in they found a room that was available which was great so we were booked in quickly. The reception, bar, lounging area and dining area was quirky but fabulous, very different to many sterile looking hotels you normally walk into. The passage to our room was also exceptionally clean and well maintained unlike some we have walked down. Having looked at pictures online before of the rooms ours on the ground floor was great providing just what we needed for our two night stay. The shower pod was spotless and provided everything you needed for a short stay. On our last night we dined at the hotel and the food served was very reasonably priced, was presented well and tasted awesome.

The mattress on the bed was a little uncomfortable being a bit thinner but we managed some sleep anyway. As we were only there for two nights not having tea/coffee making facilities was not a big issue but if we were to stay longer this would have been a welcomed addition if you want a really late or early drink. The hotel is very near Aldgate East underground so transport connections to the London attractions is very convenient but Whitechapel itself to walk around is quite dirty and despite not feeling threatened on late night walks we were cautious.

This is a place you want to return to! Convenient location, easy access to transport. Attentive staff. The lobby is very beautiful and modern, filled with plants and light. Spacious room. A pleasant scent of shower soap. A large, comfortable bed. And I haven’t even mentioned the breakfasts yet! The breakfasts here are simply wonderful. We spent three unforgettable days at the hotel and are thinking of coming back again. I really liked that both check-in and check-out are done automatically, without staff involvement. There are touch screens for this.

No windows in the room 😞 It’s not bright enough in the room. There is not enough light.

The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to all of London City’s attractions and less than a five-minute walk to three tube lines and numerous bus routes. The property is well-maintained, featuring an on-site restaurant, a 24/7 bar, and complimentary coffee machines on each floor. The rooms have a stylish, functional design—particularly the clever bedside tables, which include pillars with built-in switches and charging points. Larger items like ironing boards are conveniently available in the corridor for easy access without cluttering the room. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful, and the luggage storage system is well-organized. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in nearly four hours early at no extra cost—a little glitch in the system that worked in our favor!

Only positives - nothing wrong.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after a long day. The hotel lobby was beautifully designed and welcoming, making a great first impression. Additionally, the location was perfect—close to the subway and bus stations and easy to access, which made exploring the area hassle-free.

Unfortunately, the bathroom left much to be desired. The water pressure in the shower and sink was disappointingly low. Moreover, the room temperature was inconsistent and challenging to regulate, leaving the space too cold throughout my stay.
