Comfortable, quiet rooms, great view, lovely decor and facilities, complimentary items were a lovely bonus. staff friendly, good location. would definitely stay there again!

Our room smelt of smoke when we arrived so we requested another which was perfect. Also I checked in online a few days before and requested room to be setup with 2 singles but the first room we were given was set up as a double with sofabed made up and the room felt much smaller as a result. The room we moved to was Arranged as requested and it was perfect! Thanks for sorting us out!

I loved the friendly staff, who was very helpful from the start! The room was also clean, quite spacious (considering it's London), and had a lot of little details that I enjoyed. I loved the Nespresso machine in the room with complimentary capsules and MILK! Usually, hotels don't give you fresh milk, which is such an awesome little detail that can make your day. Also - great bedding and a comfortable bed is always a must in my book!

The bathroom could be freshened up a bit, and some extra storage space would be nice.

The best hotel I have stayed at in my life. The staff is just amazing, the equipment and facilities stellar, the overall atmosphere and ambience first class. I could not have wished for a better stay. The room on the 13th floor has an amazing view of the skyscrapers in the area and a Tower bridge far away. Everything is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped.

I do not prefer soft mattresses but this is just a matter of taste.

The staff was amazingly friendly and very helpful, my kids and I loved that friendliness. I got coffee offered, and had a glass of champagne for Valentines day, kids got sweets, they was always a small attention to start the day with. The building inside is quite modern, the finishings are well done, bathrooms modern, very well isolated, we had a great skyline view, the kitchenette was well equipped with an Espresso machine, toaster, induction, and we really slept super well cos it was very quiet. The towels heat was quiet practical, and the shower worked very well.

The room was quiet small for 3 people, and some real storages were missing, the storages under the bed were dusty and not convenient, I hit my feet whenever I opened them. The bathroom was also quite tiny, and there was no storage or space, just to hang towels and a small corner for our toothbrushes. There was also lots of dust between the window and the bed and the curtain moved the dust into the bed. Other then this, there was once a weird issue with the housekeeping which they excused and replaced, not important to mention as they really did their best to be great.

I liked the location, the simple design and the coffee shops in that area.

Wardrobe space and storage for other items like cosmetics are missing. As a woman, I missed having a shelf, drawers or something similar.

There was nothing that I did not like. We stayed on the 13th floor and I wonder if it gets stuffy, but they do have an air conditioning+ Dyson independent one in the bedroom.

The hotel is quite new and the room is exactly same as the description on booking.com. The room is in good configuration, which has a small kitchen. Therefore, if you like you can cook the breakfast by yourself. The location of the hotel is very good, to the famous Tower of London and Tower bridge it’s only 15 minutes on foot. The bus / underground station Aldgate east is only 400 meters away, so you can take the public traffic to anywhere you want. In the neighborhood there are many supermarkets and restaurants, I especially recommend a Chinese Restaurant “DanDan”, whose noodles are the best. We have a really pleasant stay in the hotel, all the devices are quite new, the switch of lights and central air conditioning are very advanced. All the staff are so kind, I would choose this hotel again for my next visit to London.

If the bottle water and coffee capsules could be refilled every day it will make guests happier.

Design of room was very good. Nice Style. Location was good. Next Station was 10-15 min Walk distance. The staff was really nice. Great people. Downstairs one could wash ones clothes. Next to it was the small but nice Fitness room. The kitchen was small but sufficient. It was great being able to make coffee in the Morning. More coffee capsules were supplied by the employee after asking. So great! Downstairs one could get always lemon water and sometimes a little pastries. Sensational few from our room (11. floor). Great Panorama Window. We loved going to sleep and waking up with that few.

Within 7 days of our stay no room cleaning, no one took the trash out. We had only 2 shower towels and one small one. Fresh towels cost extra, we were told. I would expect a room costing over 200€ a night should have this kind of service included. The floor survace (laminate) was in bad shape in the middle of the room and the table looked being used quite a lot. The room would benefit from a little make over in this regard.

Location, smell of shower gel an shampoo, clearness was amazing. It was quit modern apartment with touch sensor buttons. Espresso machine and coffee itself was really really good quality.

Conditioning system needs adjustment. It is a little bit annoying that you cannot completely switch off conditioning or make it warmer. 0 control at all. It is about rest during night - when you hear noise when you don't want to. Or when it goes off itself and start again during your sleep time with a really strange vibration. Or when you go out from shower and feel freezing cool air blowing directly to your body . BRRRR :)
