Location - very close to many of the main attractions of London. Nice rooms - the interior was very nice and everything looked clean and close to brand new. Good protection against sunshine and good sound isolation - we could sleep good without waking up from sunshine or sounds in the night. Hardly heard anything from adjacent rooms either. Rooms were cool and nice - good AC in the rooms to provide good sleeping temperatures.

Sliding door to bathroom leaves some to wish for in terms of privacy when going to the bathroom. No toilet brush. No proper window, just a teeny tiny one the side. Bang from doors to other rooms closing - this was the only sound that we heard that was a bit annoying.

The hotel is conveniently located and close to underground stations for get around the city. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy in the public areas and rooms. The hotel staff are very friendly, professional and attentive, in particular, Natalija in the reception area. We needed to call upon her for some assistance and she went the extra mile to help…an absolute asset to the hotel. Great self service breakfast and unlike many self service breakfasts in other hotels that I stayed at, the staff were regularly replenishing the food, rather than having to wait.

The water pressure/ volume for toilet flush isn’t sufficient, therefore requiring several flushes resulting in a waste of water. The cost of drinks in hotel bar is inordinately high.

Poor soundproof, It is always noisy and I need to wear earplugs to sleep.

nicely designed rooms, very quiet. nice to have a smart tv too. great location directly next to the tube station. short walk to Spitalfields and Shoreditch.

on this occasion our room wasn’t ready at check in and we had something booked which resulted in us having to get a taxi at extra expense when we should have had plenty of time.

It was great value for money! The location was very near to Aldgate East tube station, thete were also restsurants and grocery shops nearby. The room gets cleaned everyday and they provide water, coffee, tea, hot cocolate and biscuits. I will definitely stay again!

The tall Indian looking guy at the reception was quite rude. I booked the room under my name but didn't sleep there, my parents did. When I asked for key card to get in the room, he didn't give me. The room was under MY NAME, and I showed him my passport. During checkout, I asked the same guy to have our bags stored and he said, "it depends, how many and what time you will collect them, we don't have space". I had stayed in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels, and this hadn't been a problem, the property is not an airbnb nor a hostel to say something like this. The experience with the hotel is amazing except for this rude staff.

Location was great, room sizable . I liked the fact that I could watch Netflix through Chromecast. Tea/coffee and bottled water provided free of charge was also great.

I could not regulate the AC even there was a sign saying one could regulate it. There is no information about facilities available in the hotel in the room like most hotels have. I was not sure if there was room service or not, or whether there was a gym in the hotel as advertised. I don't think the bed was a double bed, although not sure what was advertised, but would have expected that for a an executive room for two. Breakfast was not great, had the worst hash browns in my life! Glad my room didn't include breakfast as it would have been a waste of money, especially given the many options in London.

The hotel is across the street practically from the Underground. The decor was nice in the room and shared spaces. The towels were fluffy and the toiletries were a nice quality.

The room was small, even for a family of three. There wasn’t much room to keep our belongings - no dresser or shelves, just small drawers and a bench. We were in 909 and it is clear that the bedside desk unit should have been reversed, with the chair opening on the left under the mirror and the drawer on the right by the bed. We stayed Tues through Sat and came through the lobby four times a day. Aside from our check-in day, the front desk staff seldom looked up, and never once acknowledged us as we came through.

The early check in... i didnt even ask... didnt even inform that i am arriving early.. when i said early its 7.30am on check in day... we actually just wanted to leave the bag since check in time is 3pm but the reception staffs were super nice. There was this one guy staff who welcome us with a big smile and he happily told us that we might get an early room but at that point of time I thought he was just saying something but we did end up getting the room at 7.30am in the morning! Superb! Thumbs up! Location was so good like a stone away from aldgate east station and the station is well connected to the city centre. And the hotel is also within walking distance to spitalfield. Awesome hotel

Stay for 3 nights. Good room size. Great Location near underground. Many restaurants and supermarket nearby.

We was given a room for disabilities. So, the bathroom was equipped with many things we don't need and it's not suitable for a person without a wheelchair, e.g. the sink is very low and we have to bend down to wash faces or hands. Bed is quite soft causing backpain. Pillow is too high to sleep comfortably. Also, there was a fault fire alarm in one morning. People are panic, getting out from their rooms, running/walking downstairs. We were on 6th floor and half way down they said we can go back to the room.
