Sarah was the loveliest host ever! She welcomed us warmly upon arrival and set us up in a lovely triple room. The room was comfortable with a TV, a mini fridge, coffee and tea supplies, and the bathroom was very spacious with a beautiful big bathtub. We also appreciated the games shelf where we helped ourselves to some card/tile games at the end of the day. It was always a joy to see Willow, Sarah's furry receptionist, around the property too.

For those travelling by foot or public transport around the area, the B&B is away from the town centre (about a 15 min walk from the train station) but the scenery on the way is beautiful. The bus stops are also not too far from the B&B (we even did a day trip to St Ives!), so it is very doable to explore Newquay and beyond if you're staying at this B&B.

The Aquarius B&B was situated in a perfect place for us to access the south west coast path. There was parking on site and the room we had was very well equipped, clean, bright and comfortable. Sarah our host was very welcoming and always available for advice on the local area and just for a chat in general. We felt very at home straight away and were very pleased with all the little extras left in the room for us. There were a couple of local shops so we were able to get any supplies we needed and the beach was just a walk away which was perfect. We will definitely be returning to The Aquarius B&B when we do the next bit of the path as it was such a comfortable place to stay. Thank you Sarah for a lovely weekend

What a lovely lady Sarah is she made us feel so welcome, greeted with a big smile, and she goes above and beyond the breakfast. It is worth booking you get more than enough to eat, not far from beach, 5 mins walk to town/shops/restaurants, very clean rooms everything you need in room to make a coffee/tea. Taste the homemade jam...it is lovely so many to choose from. I wish we booked longer we are going back definitely contact Sarah direct she will give you information for everything even we're the beaches are and there's quite a few.

lovely relaxed atmosphere in this fabulous B&B centrally located in Newquay. Easy walking distance to a variety of eating places. Sarah was welcoming and friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean and our little dog was welcomed as part of our family. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Lovely to have a bath after a day of walking! Breakfast was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the home made marmalade. My favourite part of this place is the lack of waste! (I’m a bit of an eco warrior) Sarah turns any left over fruit into amazing preserves. Yum! Highly recommended!

Aquarius B&B was like a home from home, everything you could need was there and nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, she was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The room was a good size and the shower worked perfectly, we had a good TV in the room with Netflix on it should we have needed that, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer plus the usual wardrobe and chest of drawers. We were offered a menu to choose our breakfast choices and the breakfast was a good size and well cooked. We couldn’t fault it.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The room we stayed in was light, airy and clean. The b&b was in the perfect location, walking distance to the beautiful local beaches, restaurants and shops ect The owner Sarah was so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and she helped us out with a few items we needed during our stay without hesitation. We also had some nice biscuits and other little snacks left for us alongside the teas and coffees which I thought were a nice little gesture. We would definitely stay again ! 👍🏼

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter. The room in the attic has everything you need, even a fridge, and I loved the room with the bathtub. Everything is on the doorstep beach, 10 minutes walk taxi service just over the road and a shop perfect location. The owner is lovely, really friendly,

The downside was that the parking area is a bit tricky with it being on the main road and small area for cars but would still book again. I loved my stay

this B&B has everything you could possibly need and then some. it’s extremely clean, me and my wife had a full English and it was perfect, nothing was to much to ask. really easy check in and the owner Sarah was lovely. it’s in a very ideal location. 5 minute walk to the beach with an inflatable park for the kids just up the road. there’s a decent bakery across the road as well as a fantastic fish and chip shop. the town centre is also within walking distance. free parking at the B&B too!

I have nothing negative to say about this place. Sarah is a pro, if you go there you’d be well looked after. I’d recommend anyone to stay there. She even sells her own Jam and chutneys!

Sarah is so welcoming and friendly. We only stayed at her B&B a few nights however, feel like we've known her much longer. Sarah has a fountain of knowledge of Cornwall, where to go, and what to do. Our room was clean and well equipped, and breakfast was perfect. Sarah has thought of everything. Thank you :)

Nothing. The weather was stormy over our Easter stay however, we still had a great time and still had plenty to do. Sarah was right, the Eden Project is a must.

We LOVED the b&B. It was cosy, tidy, welcoming and the host Sarah was AMAZING! No matter what we needed she helped us, she was always there for a chat and for support. Our room was lovely, so comfy, welcoming and light. Breakfast was fantastic and just what we needed every morning. Location was perfect, we walked everywhere, many beaches to choose from and shops. Parking facilities were perfect. We will DEFINITELY be returning!!!
