Staff were friendly, everything was clean and tidy, breakfast was nice and catered for allergies, easy walking distance to town.

The hotel is basic but clean and has everything you need. We stayed with a child aged 13 and though we didn't book a family room, we were provided with a room having two separate ones. We were checked in as soon as we arrived though it was 4 hours before the estimated check-in time. The location is great. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The ocean is just 5 min walk.

I would rather have a buffet breakfast than a plate of full English breakfast.

Fabulous location, clean and fresh looking from outside with on site parking. Clean rooms albeit wallpaper dated and falling/ripped in places.

Tired decor inside, but evidence that this is being rectified. Receptionist very good but breakfast staff less interactive and aren't observant i.e. missing table cutlery and hard to attract their attention when you need something.

It definitely thin wall i can hear next room talking late at night, open and shut draw many time ,door banging.had a terrible sleep keep waking up

For the price I thought it was good value for money. The staff were helpful and efficient. The shower was OK, but tended to oscillate a bit with temperature; just going a little hot every 30 seconds or so. There was alot of noise on the corridor, but it settled down after midnight and it was reasonably quiet. My TV suddenly came on in the middle of the night and I did not understand why, neither did I understand in the morning when I looked at the controls and options. I was wondering if someone with a very bad sense of humour had programmed an alarm to go off at 03:00 am in the morning, but there was nothing to indicate this. When I arrived home at about 11.00 pm the bar seemed closed and there seemed to be a smell of cannabis coming form a table in the bar area: not sure what this was about. In the morning my car had been trapped in by another parked on the pavement. I do not hold the hotel responsible and they helped me as much as they were able to resolve the issue.

it was close to the shops and the beach. had its own bar which was handy… and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I’m mum 4 the rooms were very clean and was happy to get the early check in at a extra small fee. plus check out was 11pm so no early rising.

the lack of parking for the amount of rooms was slightly disappointing we just used the pay and display about 50-70yrds from the hotel as other pay and displays were also full… but u can pull upto the hotel to unload/unload. the hotel room was fine if not alittle on the small side had everything you needed. the bed was alittle hard for my comfort but the other half found it fine…

Lovely friendly atmosphere, very helpful staff. Our room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was served quickly and was great value for money, would definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking for a relative bargain, friendly and cheerful staff- look no further; excellent breakfast for only £5 a head and location and parking all very good too- nice little outdoor pool to cap it all off!

This hotel has a little pool and a good staff. Very nice people and the location is amazing, less than 5 min you’re at the beach! I had to leave my review, i’ll be back for sure. Very good value for the money

Clean and comfortable within east reach of beaches and town. Staff were helpful, breakfast was very good.
