Location was good. But if i knew it was next to a busy round about. I wouldn't have booked

Noisy next to round about. Felt rushed at brecfast. Asked twice to order before even finishing cereal. 🙁🙁

Our hotel room was big and clean and lovely. we had a kettle which was put to use and we found no problem with any of the amenities in our room staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful

when booking the room I double checked for access for disabled people and was pleased to see parking and everything however when i arrived I found the to was upstairs and no access to a lift yes the lovely woman at reception offered to move me and my friend downstairs but with my back I needed the be able to love freely round my bed so I had to content myself with climbing 2 sets off stairs it’s the only problem I had with the hotel

No lift Plastic cups in bathroom Boiling hot radiator in bathroom, asked at reception if it could be switched off, but nobody came to look at it - would have done it myself, but there was no visible off switch anywhere in the room... Hotel situated on very busy road, traffic passing all night, not a major problem for us but may not appeal to some.

Hotel is lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection and the food was beautiful.

Only issue was there wasn't very much light in the room in the evening. Made it quite difficult to get ready for an evening out.

Comfortable stay at the this hotel as part of a business trip. The room was quite comfortable and I would considering staying at this location in the future as the hotel met my expectations and was decent value for money.

I can't fault the hotel and while the quality of food seemed decent, the chef seems to put garlic in what seemed like just about everything (including all sauces)! This was very off putting and I would not be rushing back for dinner again.

Very pleasant stay, food was lovely, out of our 3 day stay our waitess serving breakfast for the first two mornings was a delight . Our second night we had the most enjoyable young man serve us dinner, he was chatty & so friendly, another young lady came to us to ask how dinner was she was also very nice.

On day 1 the waitress the took our order and served us our dinner was very abrupt, in no way genuine, what smile did happen to pass her lips was forced & in no way genuine. This woman served us breakfast on day 3 & again was so abrupt & it didn't go unnoticed with other guests in the room. I was actually disgusted at how she treated a lady that asked a simple question about a food that had run out on the self serve table. Sadly it leaves an impression & doesn't go unnoticed, all other staff so helpful, obliging, engaging & this one person can upset a nice ambient few days away.

Quite a "traditional" style hotel located in Newry, N.I . I only stayed here for one night as I was working in the area and had no complaints. The room was fine for the price, the staff were great and I had a lovely evening meal in the bar and nice breakfast the morning after. Ample free parking was also provided.

Needs a little refurbishment to bring it out of the 1980's-90's in the reception area, but don't let that put you off, it's totally fine for an overnight stay.

This hotel was spotless...the room was small but very comfortable...the food was amazing definitely top marks for that and the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them

well positioned and only an easy one hour drive to Dublin airport, where a room at the Radisson on the same night was over 400 euro! free parking and good value for money bar/restaurant

it was really clean good location if you drive food was lovely good variety at breakfast and staff were all really nice and friendly

only issue was traffic noise as it on a busy road it wasn’t a big deal
