The facilities were cozy and comfortable, you felt like you were a guest in a friend's house. The little efforts to make my 2 yo comfortable were unexpected and helpful; Farm fresh milk in a thermos at night, a toy tractor and books in the dining area, walking paths to the pigs, cows, horses. Recommendations for our trip up the coast, this spot gets you into the country with quick access to Belfast or all points north. Next time we come back we will come here.

Location was ideal, lots of things to see and do nearby. Apartment, spacious, well equipped and clean. Shower had amazing water pressure!! Host's were very friendly and helpful.

There was a humming noise, we were on a working farm so probably farming machinery of some sort. Seemed very loud at night.

Beautiful location in the Irish countryside. Wonderful old farm building surrounded by fields and gardens. open fires in the shared lounge and breakfast room. great farm shop on site. only 25mins from Belfast.

It was all great actually. Some have mentioned the expense of the breakfast. Ok its not a cooked brekky, but its and organic farm so it was all healthy and wholesome and rather wonderful.

A special experience - a gorgeous working organic farm with beautiful gardens and nature walks. My room was charming, comfortable and filled with special touches, such as tea and biscuits, and great built-in cabinets for storage. The bathroom was spacious and had a lovely view of the gardens; great shower too. Definitely get breakfast - delicious!

Highly recommend staying here. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Felt like I slept on a bed of marshmallows! The food is amazing especially the pancakes with crispy bacon which was served at lunchtime! Definitely worth ordering the breakfast which was very tasty and had a lovely choice. Beautiful surroundings and Patricia was very helpful. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The residents garden is very pretty and also the walls surrounding the guesthouse. The guest lounge is very comfy with a very good library of books if you wanted some chill time. The pub/restaurant Billy Andy’s also does amazing food and a lovely choice of menu.

We wanted to stay in a more intimate setting than the usual hotels. This property is outside of Belfast city, but close enough to be accessible to both the ferry to Liverpool, and either airport. We travelled by car and ferry. The property was easily located using GPS. Patricia, our host was lovely, nothing was too much to ask. Our room was ‘Lapwing’, the decor was really lovely. There was a kettle and coffee-pod machine…and real milk! Wish we could have stayed longer than two nights.

No cooked breakfast, but that didn’t detract from our stay, we just got breakfast elsewhere…a lovely garden centre near George Best airport.

New and comfortable apartment with everything needed to have a good stay. Nice welcome from our host Patricia. A good countryside location.

Loved the location, beautiful countryside setting, easy drive to Belfast and the Gobbins/Causeway route; spacious family room with TV, Nespresso machine and kettle; spotlessly clean and comfortable; also loved the farm shop.
