We stayed in Cavehill Suite great size, beautiful lough view really comfortable. Spa pool quirky and spacious and children allowed in at 4pm which suited us perfectly. Food in Cultra Inn very tasty. Breakfast was lovely and waiting staff at breakfast were brilliant. The grounds were well kept and very pretty. Easy to go up or down the coast from the location. Within easy reach or Titanic Visitor Centre.

Our room wasn't serviced on our last day. We r not divas so it wasn't a big deal but we didn't hv any cups or decaf coffee left. When I called for some I had to speak to 2 people neither of whom apologised for the oversight but were keen to point out they weren't housekeeping. It was salvaged by the lady who came to our room in the evening to turn down .... she was fabulous! She apologised for the oversight and immediately sorted out everything was really lovely and went the extra mile hence why we've kept the rating 10.

Fantastic Hotel. Welcoming efficient staff. Everything about this amazing establishment spells luxury, comfort and professionalism. Comfortable large bed with soundproof rooms and Spa style bathroom. So relaxing. Michael on Breakfast room service gets my top marks for courtesy and professionalism. Delicious freshly prepared food served with a smile. Convenient complementarity parking. And finally what a wonderful collections of various interesting Sculptures located throughout the Dreamland gardens. Thank you to Management and staff for making my business trip stay incredible.10/10 Looking forward to returning.

This was the penultimate stay of our trip celebrating our anniversary's(wedding & moving to the UK) so it had to be excellent. It managed to fit the bill perfectly because the rooms were amazing and the hotel itself was stunning. There was the added bonus of an art exhibition going on at the property and that was an experience all in itself. All over the grounds and throughout the hotel halls were some amazing pieces of art that you could peruse and enjoy. The cocktails were delicious even if they were a bit dear. We also enjoyed being able to get up for an early morning swim.

The only thing we saw as a slight negative was the step in and out of the tub, it was a very high step in and a long way down to get out.

The settings, the views, the rooms, the décor, the spa. They were all just beautiful. It was an incredibly relaxing environment and I would definitely recommend.

The vegan options onsite are so lacking and so basic that we had to order food from a local Thai restaurant. The only half-decent option was in the Cultura Inn, which is in a separate building to the hotel, however the hotel would not facilitate room service from the Cultura Inn. I did try the Cultra's burger in the end and it was quite disappointing. I would recommend that they liaise with a vegan chef or restaurant to ensure that they have appropriate options. It's no longer 2018. A protein bowl and a curry are not sufficient vegan options for a 5 star spa hotel.

Breakfast was beautifully presented, we especially enjoyed the porridge with Irish whisky, waggledance honey and cream. The Gormleys Art+Soul exhibition at The Culloden Estate, with 250 exhibitions, was a real bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed viewing all. The grounds to the Culloden Estate are the best we have ever experienced, immaculately tidy, and an excellent backdrop to the art exhibition.

Bathroom sink overflow and U bend needed a thorough clean please.

it was very relaxing, the spa and pool area where amazing , 3 restaurants all varying in price was great. the drawing rooms and lounge area of the bar was superb

Thé morning breakfast (which was amazing) was disturbed by loud young families. this wasn’t a place for toddlers or infants in my option. this obviously is not an issue of the property per se…. I too had my children with me but would never have brought crying infants and toddlers to fine dining when they were that age. it was just my experience and I found myself wishing they were seated in a different area for breakfast. the staff were trying to help the families and were aware of the disruption - they were trying to keep the formal fine dining experience for the other patrons which I commend.

We enjoyed the spa, we had massages when we arrived and also used the jacuzzi. Our room was spacious and comfortable with both a bath and a shower. We had a good meal in the Cultra Inn (part of the hotel complex) and a good breakfast the following morning. Lovely views over the lough from the bar area.

On our second visit to the jacuzzi, our eyes were irritated by something in the water, probably something used to clean the jacuzzi. I also felt that the member of staff on duty at breakfast could have been more attentive, given that we were the only two people in the dining room at the time.

It’s very easy to understand why the Culloden is 5 star. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. Everything is so clean, comfortable and first class quality. The price is very expensive which is a slight shame as we would only stay here for a very special occasion - we stayed this time as we got married. Can’t recommend it enough.

Slightly expensive given today’s financial climate but understandable as everything is excellent.

It was heavenly. We were upgraded as it was anniversary and also my birthday. The staff were so classy and well mannered. I was astounded at how beautiful the place was. The bedroom suite was elite, absolute perfection. They left us out a nice card and chocolate cupcakes.

The only thing I'd slight would be the pancakes. They were raw and really disappointing. Not much of a flaw really considering the beautiful surroundings. But I wouldn't order them again.
