Very nice

So the night we stayed was weekend but about 11 o’clock we started to hear this man and woman fighting all night in the room then fighting in the door ways it’s got so bad that the hotel staff asked to leave about 5am ........ didn’t sleep a wink at all did go down to hotel staff in the morning and the man behind the counter told me that there asked to leave 1/10 for sleep paying £120 for a room I would of expected a better night so it was waste of money as didn’t sleep at all with the door slamming and them fighting all night smash thing and killing each other the hotel night staff can back with us......would appreciate if they can off give me discount for next time I stay or something

Reception was smooth and hassle free. Staff were brilliant. Good choice of beverages in the bar and the food was excellent. We travelled to watch the football, and one of the team contacted me a few days before to find out our reason for travelling. On arrival in the room they had left a little Everton sign which was a really nice touch, my son in particular was very impressed. Great stuff

Breakfast seemed a little disorganised. Not enough staff perhaps. People were waiting as hot breakfast ran out quickly. Not a fan of powdered scrambled egg

It really was a very pleasant place to stay.Tge staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only detail was that there was a rather large sofa bed fully erected just as you walked through the door. There was a lovely king size bed which begs the question why the sofa bed was there. We were only staying for one night so didn't raise the issue at the time. The food was excellent for breakfast and dinner. The waiting staff were brilliant.

The location was excellent the welcome was great.the staff were very friendly asking if we needed anything The facilties looked good, we didn't have time to try them, pool, gym etc. The bar was good, musical entertainment Breakfast good as well Plenty of parking

The room looked tired a bit of lighter paint may have freshened it up. It lacked sockets by the bed they looked to have been blanked off,my Son has a sleep/machine and needs to connect this to a socket so we had to move the bed to accommodate Oh, fire alarm around midnight as we started to make our way downstairs, we were told by an old couple coming up telling us it's a false alarm ! To me staff should be covering this Sorry to have to cover these, but think they need pointing out. It didn't spoil our stay with you .

All the staff were lovely and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. we asked for an ice bucket in the room and was there when we arrived and a welcome card off staff

the restaurant food was overpriced and not the best items missing and not hot. we had another issue from the outside and spoke to spoke they said they were aware and no one done anything about it

Staff were helpful. We arrived early due to the afternoon plans and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Staff very friendly and polite. Room was lovely and so reasonable

Advertised as bar being open until 12am but when arrived at 10.20pm told it was last orders. This wasn't a problem but not as advertised on info sheet.

Loved the room service option and the healthy rice bowls on the menu. Room was very comfortable.

The Starbucks is actually a short drive away and not in the hotel itself. There was no plant based milk at breakfast for coffee etc. The restaurant didn’t bring an order and when we asked the waitress to check on it she forgot, so after waiting a long time we had to ask for the money back. The room service charged me for a drink with my food but didn’t bring it.

very clean, lovely room and excellent facilities. staff very pleasant and helpful.

Room got quite cold during the night and heater did not work, i woke a few times feeling cold. However, maybe this could have been resolved but i did not ask staff for help due to my children being asleep and i didn’t want to wake them. Also my children don’t like to sleep in darkness but the side lamps were too bright and if bathroom light left on then the fan is noisy so maybe a nightlight could be on offer for family rooms.

What a hidden 'gem' staff where absolutely amazing and accommodating ...Jo & Toni made us at home, welcome & comfortable..Happy birthday lovely! All facilities and hospitality was more than expected. Will be booking again soon!

The use of the pool and gym and an overall nice stay

The second nights stay was excellent. Think there was a mix up as we'd booked one family room for the first night..and the second night was to keep that on for the kids and a double room for me and my partner. We got the double room instead for the first night instead which had to sleep 4 of us. Also had to ask for the room to be cleaned..done as soon as asked to be fair though.
