What a lovely hotel, ideal for a family, hotel was very clean and comfortable, all recently refurbished. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Children loved the breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

At first look the hotel looked really run down and I was starting to regret my choice, however it looks like they are undergoing a full refurb and the rooms were excellent. I had to book 2 different rooms, staying in the family room for one night and the double deluxe for 2 nights. Both rooms were very comfortable and clean. They were both a good size, especially the family room which you would expect. The beds were very comfortable and I felt they were good value for money.

The double deluxe didn't have a hair dryer and they had to pinch one from another room but they sourced it quite quickly. Breakfast is at the attached restaurant, it was an average breakfast but very expensive. I had an original full English with 2 diet cokes and a chai tea, which cost just over £18. The restaurant is open for evening meals as well, it has a very strange menu with thinks like spaghetti bolognese and butter chicken. I went for the butter chicken which was OK but not the creamy dish I was expecting. Due to the location of the hotel there didn't seem to be any other options within a short distance.

Two of our engineers stayed at this hotel, whilst they installed air conditioning within nearby Slough. Our air conditioning business covers the whole of the UK, and our engineers stay away a lot. So when our engineers stay that a hotel/B&B/apartment is good and they enjoyed staying there, then we know it must be good! The hotel was in a great location, the room and beds was comfortable, spotlessly clean and airy. Customer service were spot on!

We stayed in Slough for good road links to Thorpe Park and a rail link into London — worked out well on both fronts. Easy access to the motorways and a pretty fair walk to Slough station. It is doable for those without mobility issues, and we had a 12 year old with us and managed. The staff were accommodating. There was a problem with our room but they fixed it as soon as they could. They also went out of their way to make sure the wee one had some fresh food made when we arrived late in the evening. No real parking issues either. The street outside is pretty busy but no really traffic/noise issues at night.

It could do with a little sprucing up, but it looks like it was going through transition stage. Even so, no real problems. And a good staging place for the likes of Thorpe Park or Chessington’s World of Adventures, etc.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well equipped with everything that you would expect, but also espresso coffee machine, iron and hair dryer..

There are no breakfast facilities at all. I understand that there is no dining room but some hotels offer continental in-room boxes which would have been better than nothing. There is a restaurant next-door who had believed would open at 9 am but they didn't open until 9.30 which was too late and for us.

Lovely family suite. There was a separate bedroom for the kids which was great. Nice and spacious with comfortable mattress and pillows. A Nespresso coffee machine was an unexpected bonus. Also, the Indian restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic! Best meal we’ve had in a long time.

The separate room had a double bed. Would have preferred this room to have the single beds for the kids and the double bed in the main room. Also, I marked down a star due to the excessive loud noise at 2am. People were so loud in the main hallway, we were all woken up! They were in and out of the doors. This lasted about an hour before they finally quietened down and went into their own rooms.

Staff were absolutely brilliant went out of their way for us and full of manors. Hotel is very cool and unique, We travel a lot and stay in lots of different hotels and as for value of money I don’t think you’ll beat this one! Thank you!

The only thing I could fault was the area, that’s not down to the hotel that’s located conveniently near a town for shops etc but slough itself I found very unsafe and that there was lots of shouting at us and stares which intimated our young kids. Lots of the people in the area seem very unhappy and aggressive.

I thought the room was as expected and clean. The most surprising thing was how comfortable the beds were. My big complaint about hotels is that their beds are not always the most comfortable which is strange as that is really what you are paying for. However in this case they were very comfortable.

Our room was by the front door of the annexe area and therefore the banging of the front door was not ideal (albeit not many people came in) - a softer door closer would sort it. Otherwise all was great.

Excellent location and good friendly staff. Dealt very rapidly with a leak in our bathroom and quickly tidied up. Gave us free parking for the couple of days we were there. We would stay there again as it was easy to get to our families house and a good experience was had by us both.

According to my wife the bed was slightly on the hard side but personally I found it very comfortable.

Location was good and facilities. Very cheap also for London area

The bathroom smelt of damp and the interior was very tired. It was a bit like being catfished by a hotel. Ok if you just want to get your head down
