Nice hotel. Clean big rooms with good breakfast and car parking facilities.

Cleaning services in the room were not organised properly. During checkin, we were told that room cleaning by default, does not happen everyday but we could choose the option to get the room cleaned everyday, which we chose but still room was not cleaned everyday and then we were told that we did not choose everyday cleaning option and if we need the room cleaned then just need to inform the reception, so had to inform the reception everyday but still room was not always cleaned. So, I felt that this whole setup could be organised better.

Location was great, taxi fare not bad to Windsor, taxi fare from Windsor to hotel not good, doubled in price, will make sure I have a taxi number handy and not to use the white cabs outside Windsor castle🙈. Breakfast was lovely, we where upgraded on arrival but room looked basic, but was still very comfortable, headboard all scratched up and peeling off on one side, beverage not filled up so unable to have a morning tea or coffee, didn’t say anything as going home that morning, would of been nice to have a cuppa. Thought by being upgraded the room would be more special.

Everything was fine, due to being upgraded we had a particular room to use for food and drink, we misunderstood the times and didn’t get in there until 7.30pm most of the nice food had gone and there was no atmosphere, but we still enjoyed a glass of wine, we wasn’t unhappy, we just misunderstood the times, perhaps a sign with the times on it would help.

Breakfast choices were great. Room large & comfy for family of 4. Staff very helpful & friendly

Room was a bit nosey, could hear the room next door when they arrived in room in the early hours & it woke us up. Room hot but air conditioning fan was very loud so we had the window open & the road noise was a little distruptive. However we live in the middle of nowhere so we’re not used to any noise so this is probably just personal to us someone else probably wouldn’t even notice it. Bar didn’t have fruit shoots so we had to give little ones glasses of juice which was a bit messy.

Very good impression when walking through the door that it was clean and bright and everything seemed to be good quality. Staff were all cheerful, knowledgeable and very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast Staff were equally lovely and the food on offer was superb. We also had a pizza for lunch in the bar. We were served quickly and it was lush!

We reported that we couldn't release the plug in the sink to drain water away and were told it would be fixed but when we returned late at night it hadn't so we had to brush our teeth over the bath. When we mentioned it on booking out the receptionist was extremely apologetic.

The breakfast was excellent wide range of International, Continental, and Typical tasty cooked British breakfast. The room fulfilled all our expectations from a good bed, to adjusting a comfortable temperature in the room. cleanness Top. The parking was very good because I always found a parking space when I come back to the Hotel even when you have a special event on a Friday or Saturday evening .

If I would be a little hard I could only say the shower-head is at the end of its life span :-) . The safe did not function because the battery need to be changed . small issue but when you have been traveling all day ( flying and driving ) its good just to get into the room and relax not start to go back to reception and tell them the problem.

Great location for visiting Legoland, Windsor and Central London. Just off the motorway. Left my wallet in the seating area near the entrance, when I went back to have a look couldn't find it, a staff member came out and handed it to me, thank you so so much Delta staff for your honesty. Breakfast decent, staff very attentive and helpful. Beds really comfortable, room was impeccably clea n. Went as a family, had no issues what so ever. Parking on site, (paid).

Nothing not to like.

My stay was with my daughter for a week as part of a road trip doing activities in the surrounding areas - Thorpe Park, Black Forest, Windsor, London, etc. Hotel was lovely and perfectly located for access to the places we were visiting. High quality rooms and facilities. Staff were brilliant and lots of them around to help. Really friendly and very helpful. Room was dressed and cleaned every day. Reception staff advised on hotel questions and surrounding area questions which helped make our plans easier. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Food was of very high quality and a good price. Staff were accommodating to my daughter's unusual food requests, which they even learned and asked if we wanted the same on subsequent nights (Thanks Mureul). Great attention to customer needs. Would definitely stay again.

Minor point. I had an issue with the booking being incorrect on arrival. It took a bit of time but the reception staff and supervisor sorted it. The staff turned this one negative around efficiently. Didn't have a single issue other than that. Location wise was perfect for what we had planned but if you are expecting it to be in Windsor from the Windsor/Heathrow description it isn't. It's in Slough. Not an issue for us, but advising in case others think it is in Windsor, which is only 10-15 minutes drive away either way.

Location great for our stay. Room vey good, clean and towels changed each day. On arrival named as VIP of the day which gave us access to excecutive lounge. This was excellent had free soft drinks, coffee throughout the fay and alchol and canopies from 5.30pm until 9pm which was unexpected. Breakfast very good. All the staff we came into contact with were pleasant professional and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Next time we are here we will upgrade to Executive room.

The only downside was the double bed. I would upgrade to a larger bed when we stay again

We were very impressed with Delta Heathrow Windsor. We chose a Hotel near the airport at value for money. We were very impressed with our stay. Vanshika the staff member who greeted us was lovely, very polite, courteous and went over and above to make our stay one to remember. We upgraded to the Club Lounge experience and found this of great value, especially as this included our car parking fee. The Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable which is so very important in preparation for the long flight home.

The breakfast was very good. The lunch was also very good, The stay was comfortable. Clean rooms. Nice location for a Business Meetup. Staff were very professional and courteous.

The location is outside the 6 zones of the london travel system. you will have to reach either from slough station or bus station in heathrow terminal 2 by bus which are at a frequency of 30 mins. There are not much restaurants nearby except one.
