Really lovely clean rooms and the pub was also lovely. We had a very nice meal and bottle of red on the first night. The wine glasses were really good quality and sparkling clean which always indicates a good pub! Jim and Frank served us and were very helpful and friendly.

The only surprise was that the breakfast wasn't a cooked option in the pub as we had thought it would be. There was a breakfast menu online which led us to believe this would be the options but the breakfast is self service, toast and cereal in the kitchen next to the rooms. In reality this was fine and very adequate but it was just a bit disappointing at first as we had thought it was the menu options within the pub but apparently the pub doesn't open until 12 and so doesn't serve breakfast. One more thing that would have enhanced our stay would have been a long full length mirror in the rooms

Nice location around 3 miles from Bath park and ride. Nice friendly pub comfortable accomodation. Breakfast room was well stocked and items replaced when we mentioned some items (butter / spread ) had run out. Pub staff were very competent and friendly and had a good choice of meals on the menu (although kitchen was closed temporarily on our first night)

Was a little isolated if you wanted a taxi to go out for the evening. Pub meal was a little expensive and nothing special steak a little over seasoned although this is just personal preferences. However room does have access in the shared kitchen to a microwave if you wanted to cook your own meal.

There are two guest rooms with a separate entrance from the pub. One flight of stairs. There is a shared kitchen for the two bedrooms which was well stocked to help yourself to tea or coffee and breakfast. There was a small dining table in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and lovely soft pillows.

There was only one bedside light. I'm sure staff would have provided another if requested, but we didn't realise this until quite late.

The location was lovely and ideal for going into bath city centre, it was a lovely village pub location.

Firstly, we got to the accommodation around 230 check in was 3pm so we were expecting to wait til 3 if it wasn’t ready however we were greeted by a lady and said check in isn’t till 4pm she was adamant it was 4pm, she then checked and we were right (check in is 3pm). We didn’t get told what the procedure was for breakfast we knew it was continental breakfast, which was fine for us both but we didn’t know where to go for it until we headed to our room and noticed a little kitchenette to use, however it wasn’t stocked up with sufficient supplies. No bread or orange juice on day 2, we had to ask for more supplies, they then left 2 crossiants that looked like they had been defrosted! Not good value for money!

The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, with a good bathroom and plenty of room for luggage etc. Breakfast was great. Cereals, milk, fruit, bread, crumpets, croissants and orange juice, tea and coffee are available in the shared kitchen. You help yourself as and when it suits you. Staff were kind and helpful.

The pub offers an extensive evening menu, but many items were unavailable. Also there was no coffee, as the coffee machine has been broken since December (nine months!) WiFi was a bit ropey. However it is a nice place to stay and excellent value for money.

Free parking, super comfortable bed, spacious room, nice kitchenette for breakfast bits, lovely table and chairs to eat breakfast

Breakfast hadn’t been refreshed after our second night so didn’t have the same selection (eg croissants) so second morning didn’t feel as good a value Shower holder was broken so was stuck on a low height - had to either hold shower head or bend a little (shower itself was really good though!) Could do with a mirror closer to a plug, we stayed before a wedding and it was difficult to get ready with stretching cables to see a mirror

Clean room. Great welcome. Comfy bed. We were satisfied with our stay.

Bed was made as a double, when I had requested a twin room, but it was okay as it was a large bed. There were not enough electric sockets in the room for two millennials... The room needed another larger mirror. (Again, millennials...) We weren't sure how much breakfast to eat as there were other guests and we weren't sure whether they had already eaten or whether we should leave some for them! We couldn't find the pods for the coffee machine.

Location location location. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the ensuite was a good size. The kitchette was brilliant, I loved the fact you could make a drink anytime. The continental breakfast was very good, a good selection and fresh fruit. This was very clean and well stocked.

The only things I think that could be addressed is a mirror next to the plug sockets and the blinds need a pulley. It would have been nice to see someone, noone there to check out you put keys through the letter box.

Lovely place to stay, nice pub with great staff. Not noisy at all midweek is quiet by the looks of it. Comfy bed and a good shower.

The breakfast wasn't as advertised on Booking.com. Toast and a Pan Chocolate from the local co op isn't a 'good breakfast' it could have been nicer were it fresh bread maybe....

The pub was in a lovely location, really friendly staff and good pub grub served on site. I was also surprised to find they had a few vegan options on their menu, and the staff were able to help me identify some other things I could eat which was great! The room was very pleasant, really nice décor, warm and everything you need really. For the area the price was the best we found and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it all was. The area was nice and quiet (didn't have any issue with noise from the pub even over a weekend stay). The rooms are in a building adjacent to the pub so I think that helps!

We did ask for a double bed and ended up with a twin. But we didn't worry too much about it and just pushed the beds together. I would say the duvets were a little thin and felt like they barely covered you in the single bed (maybe its just because I'm used to a double duvet!). There also wasn't a mirror in the bedroom, only one in the bathroom. This isn't a showstopper, but we were attending a wedding and I could have done with a mirror for blow-drying and curling my hair.
