Hosts Julie and Keith are very welcoming and take great pride in their property and so they should it's very clean and a great location. adults only makes the stay very relaxing,every room has parking and being Weston is a big plus.if your ever looking to book a bed and breakfast in Weston super mare you certainly won't be disappointed if you book All Seasons they also have a lovely large garden area with seating and a summer house to chill in when sun shines.we have just spent several day here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing it was better than expected

I chose this Bed and Breakfast as it had parking and was near the venue for the event I had come to Weston for. The house is a spacious beautiful old house which you can imagine would have a grand history. The owners were welcoming and chatty. The room was the Winter room, which was comfortable and had a fantastic view of the beach and all the way over to the church at Uphill. I could have looked at that view forever. I will ask for that room again if I stay again. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice and served very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

There isn't anything that I could say I didn't like, only maybe a bigger mirror near a socket for hair straighteners? But that is just a tiny aspect to a great lovely house and stay.

The room was extremely attractive - fresh white walls, accented with autumn colours. The tea/coffee making facilities were good and plentiful. Breakfast choices were very varied and of a high standard and my gluten-free and lactose-free requirements were very well catered. The location of the B&B, at the top of a fairly steep hill, surrounded by other establishments, seemed, initially, to be a little tricky to access but this turned out to be due to the presence of two ambulances; once they moved, it was easy to get through. Having the parking onsite, was a huge bonus! It was a pleasant walk down to the town centre and the beachfront from the B&B. The owners were efficient, friendly and helpful, even to carrying a heavy suitcase to the top of the house! The B&B information file provided in the room, was comprehensive and included helpful suggestions for places to eat in town. The provision of outdoor seating and a delightful summer house at the back of the property, with a fridge and dining table, was a very welcome and unexpected addition. I would definitely recommend the All Seasons as a place to stay if visiting Weston-Super-Mare.

They say first impressions count, we were welcomed like friends and not customers. Greeting us at the door with a joyful smile and tone. Shown around some of the magnificent property including taking us to the room was a nice touch. Julie and Keith were just so nice and friendly. The room was very well decorated with modern well looked after furniture. Smart TV on the wall was good for chilling on YouTube after a shower. THE BED, If at all possible I would have taken it home, it was like sleeping on clouds and the first time in months I’ve slept for 7 hours straight. After a good nights sleep we had options of fresh cooked breakfast with juices/coffee and fruits.

Nothing really could be improved on. Keith and Julie know what customers want/need and deliver it exceptionally well. After years of travelling they seem to have it sorted

The B&B was in an excellent location with the sea front, restaurants, grand pier etc within a short walk. Our room was spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated with additional extras and finishing touches to make us feel very welcome. When I arrived, the hosts were so very friendly and even upgraded our room as we were the only ones staying there at that time. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and Keith and Julie chatted to us as if we were friends meeting up again We stayed here for 2 nights but will definitely be returning. Thank you Keith and Julie for making our stay with you so relaxing. We highly recommend this B&B for anyone staying in Weston-super-Mare.

The b&b is faultless . Julie and Keith are so welcoming and friendly the accommodation is spotless, the rooms are so well looked after as are the grounds. The on-site parking is a bonus as so many b&b,s don't have parking in Weston Super Mare. The breakfast is to die for such great portions. The location is good nice and quiet but only 5-10 minutes walk from the sea front and town centre. Be careful if you don't like hills as it's at the top of a cul-de-sac on a hill. It is such a beautiful old property, with very welcoming hosts . They have respected the original architectural/design of the property, whilst giving it a modern twist. There is such a lot of attention to detail, which makes you love it even more and more, and really does help to make your stay so enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, good clean bathroom, the entire guesthouse was very clean. The hosts have completely nailed it. We absolutely loved it. Lovely breakfast in a light and airy dining room. Great little car park at rear of property. It is in a perfect location with raised views across Weston bay. 10 minutes walk to the sea front, if that. We will definitely return. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

There is nothing to not like. It was more perfect than we could of imagined. Its an absolute gem.

From the first impression we knew this was a welcoming clean and tidy property. The welcome from the hosts were just as if we we friends who hadn't see each other for a while. Both hosts showed us the facilities, information regarding Wi-Fi code, local eateries taxis etc. The room my wife and I stayed in one of the Kingsize Rooms and the room was spotless, tea, coffee and hot chocolate with cookies and biscuits all laid out, was impressed just the little things, having hot chocolate as an option is very rare these days it's normally just tea, coffee and tap water, but not here, along with the hot drink option came with fresh chilled bottled water, yes tap water it may have been but the little details were immaculate, towels laid out, toiletries in the bathroom, even the toilet roll was present with , you know, the folded end showing. The room was heated as we required, the bed was very comfortable accompanied with fresh brilliant white sheets. The breakfast was again, details, details, details. The buffet style breakfast bar was full of fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice and selection of dried cereal, milk plus tea and coffee. This is just the introduction to this breakfast, we were offered several options to the Full English breakfast. These even a vegetarian option, which for us was a requirement, which, they served up spectacularly (the vegetarian words) flavourful breakfast. Again our hosts were very friendly, The none vegetarian breakfast was splendid, three separate breakfast ordered for the rest of the family all with slightly different but delicious all the same. Not wanting to sound like a foodie, but the quality of the food served were definitely not a value brand/option but it looked and tasted great. The real question is would we visit the Bed & Breakfast again, the answer with out any hesitation is YES…!!!

Only grumble was the stairs, however this is not really a bad point, just that the rooms cover 3 floors, so a grumble yes, a problem no not really.

Lovely guest house and owners.they certainly deserve to succeed and they will.booked 2021 was staying with my partner.had booked a show in weston.ideal location for the town centre.this guest house has been completely refurbished and is spotless our room was on the top floor with views towards the bay.we were allowed to check in early a bonus.this may not be the case in season or if they are busy.also free car park another massive plus point as parking around Weston can be expensive as much as 16pound 24hrs.breakfast is served 8_10 with a good selection of most everything you require.and no pre order. Breakfast room again spotless clean warm and welcoming.if you ever consider booking this guest house don't leave it to late.if ever we visit Weston again this will be our 1st choice.ps we looked at the wetherspoons hotel but forget it no parking wanted a Xtra 20 pounds for early check in.☹️

Maybe people with disabilities would find the walk up the hill to the guest house a problem.not sure the guest house has wheelchair access.

Fantastic Hotel in a lovely location with easy access to the Sea Front. The hosts went above and beyond to make you feel at home and we're a lovely couple. The extra touches on arrival like the cold water were lovely and the rooms were stunning with alot of thought into what people may need even make up flannels and cotton wool for the ladies. The breakfast again was 10/10 and a very good choice. As for cleanliness you couldn't fault it at all. We only went up for a show but could of happily stayed longer. Highly Recommend
