My daughter and I stayed here for a few days last year and loved it so much that we booked for even longer this year. The hotel is a great place to stay, its about 100 yards from the beach. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so helpful and friendly. We stayed in the same room as last year, and loved it even more. Its dog friendly, and the breakfast is complimentary. I would recommend this hotel 100%. We love it so much that we booked to stay next year, even before our recent stay.

Not a thing, how can I criticise the place, its so nice.

All staff were extremely helpful. We had an apartment and a room. Nice, clean and spacious place. Breakfast canteen and food was all lovely. Water bottles and milk was given when ever required. We had a fridge so bought our own milk. We would highly recommend staying here. Location is great, opposite the beach and Funland, a straight road walk to tesco and 10 min walk to the Grand pier.

The wifi connection to the TV in the apartment wasn't very good at all but there was a social lounge room where the tv worked well and had netflix too. Also, there was no microwave in our apartment as the previous visitors had blown it up. The staff heated food for us, which was very nice of them but a little inconvenient.

The breakfast was good, a variety of foods to choose from and all fresh. It was great that it allowed for dogs to join their owners there too. The family room exceeded our expectations with regard to its size and the facilities available. Very comfortable beds too. Ideal location near the beach and town.

The staff could have been a little friendlier and we kept getting a bit lost in the hotel, so some signage to the stairs, reception, lift etc would have been good. Also, there was a bit of confusion as to the checking out time. but I was partly to blame on this one. I was told it was 10.30, but the hotel folder in the room stated 11.00, so I doubted my memory. The information should be up to date and maybe a sign on the door to remind people of this. Apologies to the hotel for us checking out later than we should have, but the staff were fair about it.

The beach western was very clean, the staff were excellent, the room was very large with two armchairs and a table, there were plenty of storage, there were ample amounts of tea and coffee also fresh milk was available on request. It was excellent value for money.

The bar area was unmanned, this was the main reason we did not have a drink there we would have had to go from floor 2 to the ground floor to order and pay for the drinks then go to floor one to be served them. The heating in the room was a little too much as it was constantly on, we did try to regulate the radiator but this did not work hence the heating was on all night which made the temperature at night a little uncomfortable.

Great, very dog friendly hotel with sea view. Lovely room with a clean bathroom. Breakfast delicious, lots of choices, everyone will find something they like. There are two dining rooms, one for dog owners so we didn't have to leave our pooch alone in the room while having morning toasts. Great location, by the sea, close to shops and bars, most of them dog friendly too (Weston beach doesn't allow dogs between 9am and 7pm in summer season, but we loved sunset walks, really beautifull view). 10min drive away there's Sand Bay Beach that welcomes dogs all year round and there's also National Trust - Sand Point reserve park with amazing views. It was perfect for holidays with our dog, and grass fields in front of the hotel make it easy when in need for a quick toilet break for our pooch. I definitely recommend this hotel.

There is really small private parking in front of hotel (fits 3, maybe 4 cars if parked properly). We left our car in the side street but it's difficult to find spot during a day. There was more empty spaces in the evenings. I guess it'll be even more difficult in the peak of season.

The service was excellent, even though the Manager was short staffed, she made absolutely sure that we were thoroughly looked after. My vegan diet was perfectly catered for at breakfast and the facilities were excellent in the dining room as well as our accommodation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great stay at a traditional seaside town. The location was perfect, overlooking the sea, close to the amenities but also across the road from the beach so not noisy. Thank you, we will definitely book the Beach Weston again

It is in a good location right opposite the beach and a few blocks from the pier. Was surprised to see an operating ferris wheel on the street at the pier and went on it. The hotel is comfortable - I was seemingly upgraded to a very large room on the top floor south facing the beach, which was wonderful on arrival with the sun streaming in. Has a nice bed, double entry and wing chairs for sitting. Has an elevator. Good internet. Breakfast was in a new addition atrium and was generous continental - good coffee. Very nice.

Parking at the front of the hotel was very cramped but I was able to find free spaces on the street right beside the hotel as it is all residential.

Lovely hotel with comfy beds. We had a family room with an extra large double bed which was actually just 2 single beds pushed together. The location was good enough and just across the road from the beach. The carpark could do with being bigger. The breakfast was a wide selection with plenty for everyone. No milk was in the room so we had to go to a shop to purchase some for our coffee and tea.

There was a problem with the bathroom as it smelt like bloked drains ,Lift broken and given room on 3rd floor with disabled partner but the hotel was full so it was beyond their control to offer us anything else but they were happy to offer us an upgrade on our next stay,we have stayed here on many occasions and never had a problem and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel was well-located. We had a one night stop-over and it was in just the right spot for us to stroll along the promenade and find somewhere to eat. We booked a triple room and were given a suite of two very large rooms, both with TVs, spacious seating areas and bathrooms. Perfect for a group of friends but would have been ideal for a family group too. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and accommodating, especially Samuel who greeted us on arrival.

Breakfast was limited, but it proved adequate for our needs and was topped up regularly.
