Amazing breakfast and extremely helpful hosts. Thank you Nikki and Sean for a wonderful stay, short as it was. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable and we were made to feel so welcome.

The fact that we only stayed one night was our only disappointment!

This a newly opened B&B . Absolutely spotless tremendous decor . Good breakfast . Note it is in a relatively remote spot but well placed to drive over a wide area of Dorset . 5 miles away from Wimborne . The caring and friendly hosts. a Place of welcome .

In our room there was only one chair to sit on . Although fine for us but note breakfast is served on one long table which takes 6 people ; I just suspect that when all 6 are in together some folk might not be so keen on that.

Wonderful hosts, beautifully decorated, immaculate, smelt lovely and a very comfortable bed too!

Brilliant location, so accessible for visiting numerous interesting places. Breakfast was first class, so tasty, you couldn’t fault it! Nikki and Sean were the perfect hosts. They were so helpful and gave us so much information about places to visit. They were so caring and looked after us so well. It was like “home from home”. We will definitely be going back to stay.

Nikki and Sean, the owners, have worked incredibly hard to refurbish this property to the very highest standards. The rooms, beds, linen, shower etc are all top quality. The room contained hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, lovely soft towels and beautiful decor. I had a full English breakfast which was good portions and perfectly cooked. There was plenty of room to park and Sean helped me with my case. Nikki was ever so friendly and cooked a wonderful breakfast.

The biggest problem for me was that this property was advertised as in Wimbourne Minster but it was actually several miles out into the countryside and I needed to travel along unlit country lanes. My satnav lost signal and also told me the property was on the opposite side of the road. Also, I'm afraid that although the property was very rural, it was on quite a busy B road and as my bedroom was at the front of the house, I could hear the traffic until about 11pm and again around 7am. Along with the not so good wifi connection, I would look for somewhere nearer to town in future.

Sean an Nicky are great hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them and this is the best B&B I've stayed in. The rooms are lovely and finished to a high spec. The most important thing is that they cater for you as a person. You're not just another number passing through. Keep up the good work!

There's nothing not to like.

We loved our stay at Woodland House, the owners couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating! The room was really comfortable and clean, as was the ensuite. Breakfast was also perfect with loads of options. Would definitely recommend.

The room was quite hot when we arrived, but it was fine with the windows open. A bug screen would be useful so the windows can be kept open at night.
