location on main road, good car parking, we had 2 rooms 301 was very large but 302 a bit smaller. both had ac. bathroom adequate, bed large and comfortable and most of all nice and clean. breakfast was a huge plus, very good indeed also great vfm. staff are nice except for young lady on reception she was super amazing nice, boss give her a pay rise please, she is a credit to your hotel

hotel is a little run down with some quite shoddy touch up work, which is such a shame for such a splendid building, more so in the bathroom. please change bathroom door locks as they are obviously a problem.

The hotel is situated in the middle of Worcester ideal for a short walk for pubs and restaurants . The rooms are clean and comfortable . The staff are friendly and helpful . a good breakfast of good Quality foods and good choice

The parking leaves a bit to be desired they share the carpark with an onsite Gym and there was a distinct lack of spaces . We were Charged £10 per night for parking in advance and had problems parking on the second night . You can reserve a space for £20 per night which is extortionate when you consider the room prices .that was the only down side to our stay the rest of the hotel was great.

A bit dated in design and furnishings

The location was really great for an overnight stay and central to everything we needed (food and drink in the evening, shopping n general moooching the following day). We didn't pre-book the car parking but there was space for us, so were really pleased with the car parking too. We were given a really big room which was more like a suite with seated area and big tv. It was also quiet. All good!

In the automatic correspondence before arriving it felt like there were a lot of unnecessary information which was a bit off putting. Like £20 for carparking if you booked in advance but £10 if you just turned up, and you had to vacate your car space by 11am etc...But in reality the reception were lovely and accommodating and everything ran super smoothly! It was a great stay, but the pre-booking info was a bit offputting which is a shame!

Nearly everything was great. Location, breakfast, spa, staff, parking, flexibility etc.

The window opened to a courtyard that has been roofed. So the window opens indoors and no fresh air coming to the room. This was the one unusual flaw! Lighting wasn't brilliant in the room, but this has been the case at EVERY hotel I've ever been to. Lighting and mirrors in hotels are never designed from a woman's point of view for doing hair and makeup. Light tends to be either behind your head or on top of it. Never on your face where you need it. Mirrors are always near the ceiling because they've been installed by a tall man. A short lady is lucky to see her forehead...

Room was an excellent size, very clean and confortable. Location was perfect (in the town centre). Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Winchester. The bed was very comfy with an easy-to-use heater in the room for comfort. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower with good pressure. The shower head is at a fixed height so if you don't want to wash your hair take a shower cap with you. The reception staff were always happy to help answer any questions and asked about where we had been to build on info for other guests too. If you stay make sure to use the pool and spa area as really lovely, not huge but great for relaxing

It was central and a good base to explore from. Our room was spotless, and the air con was a bonus during the heatwave. We used the pool etc and got towels at front desk. . The staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast in the morning

It was a bit noisy - our room was at the front, overlooking the road. We had the windows open as it was sweltering hot, and the traffic noise went in quite late

Car parking was an excellent facility. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Public areas were well maintained. Good lift system. Due to a first disturbed night (see below) we asked for a room change for our second night. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in effecting the change to Room 217.

We had disturbed sleep the first night in Room 203, due to cars racing up the main street until 4 am. The rooms were very hot and the fan supplied was inadequate. We wished there had been air-conditioning. An evening meal was not provided, and we found only one nearby restaurant was adequate.

All very clean and comfortable. excellent location in the town with good parking (£10 a night) Breakfast was good, everything you could need with a lovely homemade fresh fruit salad which we particularly enjoyed. all the staff especially at breakfast could not have been more helpful we appreciated the sign in the bathroom reminding people of the impact on the planet of using every towel in the place.
