I didn't get the breakfast I was never up in time but the staff is what won me over. they were so sweet my housekeeper was Kay and she went above and beyond for me. the hotel is a minute walk from Starbucks if you love coffee and there is a grocery store as well near, it is also near plenty of restaurants

Beat all other places by almost $60, so great value. Not something I would want to hang out all week in, but it was a nice stay. There is a Mexican Restaurant that shares a parking lot with hotel so that could be a great option for dinner.

Breakfast is included. It is just a bag to go. Contained nut bar, yogurt, Danish, and a bottle of water. If you are wanted a bit more, you should go elsewhere for breakfast. The price of hotel more than makes up for this, but something you should be aware.

We did not eat breakfast at the Red Roof because it was located close to all our favorite restaurants.

When I made the reservation I thought I was getting a a suite with two Queen beds and a little more space. At first it was disappointing, but the room turned out to be adequate for what we needed so we just made do with the room we had and didn’t complain to the manager. Overall, I was quite satisfied with our stay and the staff was very friendly.

The room for the most part was clean, the only problem in this area was a stickiness on the arms of the chair in the room. We believe it was caused by not wiping it down after cleaning it with a spray liquid.

The beds are so high that I a 5 ft female had to actually roll into bed. The upstairs neighbors were noisy way past 11 pm. When their dog barked it seemed that they did nothing to stop it. Pillows could use replacement they collapsed during sleep. The bathroom door could not be closed/opened while in the room unless you moved into the corner next to the commode. This could be dangerous if a fire broke out and someone was in the bathroom and in a panic could not get out.

Staff was nice. We had a huge issue with prostatutes. We couldn't even go to to our car without them bothering us. We called the front desk and they immediately called the cops to patrol the area.

The floor in our room was dirty, literally dirt and pieces of paper, the bottom of the tub had dirt in it. I had to rinse it it before giving my kids showers. The heater didn't work and the blankets were very thin. And it got in the 30's the 2 nights I stayed with my kids. They really need to invest in new quilts as these were thin and had cigarette burns in them. Also retrain their cleaning staff.

It was close to my event and restaurants were very close.

The first room wasn’t cleaned so I was giving a second room and it was smoky. But the third room was nice. I would have loved it if it was a suite but none was available.

It's not the best for kids.... Most don't eat almonds bars, and maybe just regular strawberry or berry yogurt. Better would be the mini cereal and pick what yogurt flavor. It's still appreciated though

Breakfast choices for my children could've been better

The front clerk was extremely friendly. The room was overall clean with cold air.

The pool looked cloudy and dirty. There was a old bar of soap left in the shower. At midnight we heard what sounded like gunshots. I called the front office and she said it was fireworks off-site. When I booked online I asked for a room near the pool and they said they could fulfill that request but when we got there she said she had no rooms clean in that building and put us in building 2.

I like everything from the staff to the location the privacy that i can count on getting me the room we was wanting so im happy with it all! Keep up the great work an nice adorable rooms! Thanks see yall again soon!!! 😘😘😘🤯🤦🏼‍♀️😔

That we can't get a late check out like 1 o'clock or so cause alot of times if u get there late or jus want a hr or two more to enjoy or jus not b in z hurry most of the places we stay will be flexible an agree to let u stay till 1 at most so that's my only complaint! Enjoy everything we ok else an stay one to 2 times with you a week! Thanks

Good location

Floors in room were dirty. Bottoms of my feet were black and I had to wash them after I got out of the shower again before I put on my shoes. Also felt gritty when I walked in them barefoot.
