They always treat me like I’m home. I had to make several trips to Florida this summer; some just days apart. I was recognized after my first stay! Granted I usually showed up late in the evening. The rooms are clean and beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful and the area kept clean. The coffee is always hot and good. I get regular upgrades and LOVE registering in advance online.

I Loved the indoor pool. Did get to use the pool one night. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was very good and I love the lemon water. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

My only complaint was the room door. It was very difficult getting the door to open. I didn't want to go down in the pool because I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to open the door again.

I was a solo traveler and at the time I was very sick the manager and three maids were concerned about me, they offered to take me to the hospital wow you could not ask for anything more from the staff. I finally made it home two days later and got help. I should’ve took them up on their offer because I only got sicker the farther I went. I want to thank them all they were outstanding.

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Price was really good compared to others in the area. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Had a problem with using the key card to get into the room, but they said they are waiting for new locks to come in. No major issues at all. Have stayed here 2 times in 2 weeks. Will stay again.

Check in was quick and easy. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Did not like having to ask for extra towels and washcloths. Bare minimum was in the bathroom. Pillows and mattresses were not very comfortable, but that is also a matter of personal preference. To some, they are probably perfect.

Bedroom and bathroom were clean and roomy. Staff were very helpful.

The keyboard reader on door was not operating properly. The card would get stuck in the reader and had to removed with another card with tape on it provided by staff.

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. The lady who kept the breakfast stocked was very helpful and friendly.

We did have some issues with our room keys not working but the ladies at the front desk was very patient in getting us situated.

spacious room and comfortable bed. the layout was great and spacious.

the tub !!!! i would like to see all rooms with a walk in shower. our shower head could not be adjusted from a HARD stream. Also toilet would continue to run on after a flush.

Super clean, the staff was so friendly and amazing they made you feel right at home. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

There was nothing not to like it was a great hotel

Breakfast choices Would have preferred potatoes or grits instead of biscuits. There was no food in containers when I arrived. Had to wait Biscuits too dry
