La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Huntsville Research Park

The staff was wonderful. We were a little early but we're treated very well and able to go ahead and get our room. We walked into a clean and spacious room with everything ready and waiting. We weren't in the room 5 minutes and we're greeted by staff with extra towels. Any questions I had were answered and everyone has had wonderful attitudes and treated us with kindness.

Not much to complain about. There was some construction going on so for a short period it was noisy but it was over with around 5 pm and everyone was great about it.

The staff and the manager in the front desk girl went above and beyond to help me stay in the room that I was in and extra day however the housekeeping staff were very rude and disrespectful, not wasting any time to let us know that they did not like gays.

I didn't like how expensive it was the room was rather small and I was in a room that had a joining room and the door was about busted down from the other side. And the housekeeping stuff again we're very rooted disrespectful and I was put in the back where it was kind of rundown. I don't have photos of that one I wouldn't post them if it did happen cuz I'd have been wrong with you baby

The desk lady was one of the nicest I've ever dealt with, and I travel a lot! I didn't get her name, but maybe you can see who was working during my checkin and checkout! Keep her if you can! The location was perfect, room was clean AND it was a smoking room (didn't smell) that I requested! Hard to find! I could park at my door which is great because I have a hard time with stairs. Kudos to the desk lady and the management that keeps it running so well!

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I don't get to Huntsville often, but I'll stay again if I do!

the front desk staff were very friendly, the bedding and mattress were very comfy, we slept well. we only needed a place to sleep and this was super close to the venue we were visiting. great value in my opinion and the included breakfast was nice for us the morning we left

no real issues, a laundry bag or extra trash bags would have been nice to have to carry out dirty laundry but i think it was a great value for a place to sleep.

Breakfast was basic so we didn't eat. It was worth what we paid. Quiet and convenient for our needs at that time. Staff was wonderful. Some of the reviews complained about bugs, but we didnt have that experience thankfully.

Rooms need to be updated as far as decor and some of the amenities such as the microwave. And they need to have adequate towels & toilet paper. We bought our own because they had no more face towels & we had a half roll of toilet paper.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel room was clean however when we got to the bathroom someone had used it and left a nasty reminder. We went to the store to buy something to clean with since it was no way I could use it. The other concern I have is there was no closet to hang our clothes. We are booked through you for an upcoming stay in Indianapolis and it would be appreciated if we have an upgrade at our original cost.

from day 1 Nieschya was the best. I’m an amputee and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. she checked me in with ease and made me feel so welcome. I traveled 2 hrs to get there and she made it very worth the trip. When I checked out Ms Chester was as sweet as a peach. I will definitely come back when I’m ready to get away again.

they should have one where I live in Rome Georgia.

I like the place, looks modern. Centric area. Has a modern fridge, big tv. Everything was clean except the new toilet paper, it was with dust.

I didn’t like to see a dirty roll of toilet paper. Breakfast was really basic, boiled eggs didn’t have flavor. Bread had cleaning products smell.

I thought the rooms were up to standard. I liked having the shower with the Dove amenities dispensers. I liked the comfort of the bed.

the cleanliness around the area. The trash cans were overflowing with trash, and the stairs needed repaired, and the parking lot needed repaving.

My room was very nice and comfortable. More than I expected. I'm not much on breakfast but I do go to the lobby. Everything was very clean, neat and order.

There was a little construction noise but it was expected and ok.
