The staff was super professional and friendly. The room was clean, bathroom was stocked with neccessary items. Breakfast was typical of "hot breakfast" offered at other hotels. No sausage in the gravy though, bummer. The "snack and cocktail"hour exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was nice, the food was complete dinner worthy. More than snacks for sure. Pasta, chicken, hot dogs, nachos, veggies, potatoes, it was a lot. Cocktail menu was a nice variety.Drinks were good, seats were comfy to relax in. The hot tub worked really well. The timing to run jets seemed too short though.

The iron in our room was broken. I didnt complain during my stay but did mention it on the way out. It leaked water from the base and made a dangerous mess near the outlet I was plugged into. The timer on the hot tub jets was very short so we had to keep getting out to rerun it.

Great snacks from the time we checked in (popcorn, then nachos at happy hour) to when we left (very decent hotel breakfast buffet. The pool and spa area was great, and it was easy to see the kiddo playing in the pool from the hot tub. The king suite was well divided so he had his own space and TV.

We arrived with everyone else on Easter weekend, and hard key card issues, so check in took some time, but Solomon was so patient and kind through it all!

We encountered extremely friendly staff every time we had any interaction. The free dinner was a wonderful surprise, and the meal was outstanding. The breakfast was exceptional as well. While the nightly room rate seemed a little high, the meals and atmosphere more than compensated, and may have even saved us money over eating dinner out. The entire facility was well decorated, neat, and very clean. The room and beds were very comfortable and well appointed. This was our first experience with Drury. We were very impressed, and will definitely look for this brand hotel in other locations where we travel.

That we were only able to stay one night, due to our travel itinerary. Everything else was fantastic. I might recommend ev chargers being made available for guests to use overnight, but not a deal breaker for us.

We enjoyed everything at Drury everything and everyone was so nice.. Special Thanks to the hist that checked us in .. Her name was Claire she was super nice and so helpful, it was where my 7 year old grandson wanted to go for his birthday so we did !! Claire made him goody bag and special deliverd it to our room ...My Grandson Boone was over excited he was so happy 😊 Thank you Claire for making Boone feel so special on his big day .. we definitely will be back .....

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The glass in the shower was so clear it didn't even look like there was any glass. The complimentary breakfast and dinner was excellent. It was much easier not to worry about where to eat for dinner and the menu was well balanced. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We couldn't ask for more.

The only thing that would have made things nicer was to have had a dessert with dinner. Something simple like cookies. But otherwise, everything was perfect, and I didn't really need dessert.

Happy Hour! Free Breakfast and Happy Hour was a meal - not snacks. Room very clean and spacious beds were comfortable loved the sitting area in the lobby

We felt like the hotel room rates were hiked up as we were there for UAH graduation. We noticed they weren't as expensive at other times and felt that this was a bit unfair. But we understand the laws of supply and demand...

The entiret staff here is awesome! I have stayed at this location multiple times and it exceeds my expectations every time. Kyle, Whitney, and the rest of the crew have always gone the extra to make sure my family's stay is pleasant. The food and drinks during the kickback hour is always fresh and delicious. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. I will always choose this location since I know what I am going to get.

I showed up early and exhausted from an Aviation weekend with my grandson and Stephen was able to let us check in earlier than I had requested. It was a life saver. Then he told me about the evening meal and drinks! What a surprise--I didn't have to leave to feed Benjamin. Everything was great, the pool was a welcome distraction as I rested up for the long drive home the next day. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Location close to Space Center. Rooms very nice. Got deluxe Queen Suite liked door separating rooms. Breakfast provided was good and snacks in evening.

Maybe a child friendly snack in evenings other than hot dog. chicken tenders or nuggets. Hamburger slider or something. Macaroni and cheese.

The facility is nice and clean and is in a very safe area. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Kick Back were laid out well, the food was fresh and tasty with a wider variety than expected. I will definitely stay here for my future business travels.

I like everything about this property. if I had to find one thing that I feel could use a bit of improvement, it would be that the mattress could be a bit firmer, but of course, that is a personal preference.
