I've never stayed in any hotel in any price range that provided so much value for the money. It was a large suite, very comfortable living room, large, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful bathroom with lots of counter space. Even enough space in bathroom to set up ironing board. Comfortable bed with excellent bedding. Quiet room. Parking very close to room. I did not have time to explore pool area. Hotel is in a nondescript location and is not particular appealing on the outside. However, it offered more comfort and convenience than any property I've stayed in previously, including ones in the luxury category.

There were a lot of fruit from a tree that fell near our building; would have liked to see it swept away as I stepped on them daily I didn’t understand how the daily towels, cleaning worked as it was not eXplained but I quickly picked it up the next day ! Could use more storage containers and sheets to cook with in the kitchen

The staff was courteous and professional. Everyone was very welcoming. Will most definitely recommend Sonesta ES Suites to friends and family. Hope to make this a yearly meeting. My friend and I even met another guest with whom we exchanged numbers, will keep in touch with, and hopefully she can join us next year. It just goes to show that when the employees are kind and comfortable at their job, guests feel that same level of comfort. Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the way!

Close to the interstate. But the room seemed well insulated.

This property is very convenient for all of the activities near the downtown Montgomery area. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The size of the room was exceptional for the price.

For the most part, the room was clean. There were a few walls that needed to be cleaned. There were also lots of leaves and other small debris at the entrance to the first floor room. It is also near the highway, which means hearing traffic, but that did not bother me.

The room was much more than I expected. I have stayed in suite hotels that were nothing more than a regular hotel room with a mini refrigerator. This had a full kitchen with a full-size Refrigerator and a full-size stove, and even included a dishwasher. dinnerware, utensils, and pots and pans were all included in the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen.

drains were slow, and the refrigerator froze a few items. We also would have preferred two twin beds to one king bed and a sleeper-sofa. None of these were bad enough to ruin our stay. We have rarely been happier in a hotel stay.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, most of the time when I come to town I stay here I already have two or three more reservations for this year the rooms are spacious the bed is extremely comfortable staff is excellent.

Only thing that I can complain about is that I have allergies to extremely strong smells and there was just a little too much bleach smell in the room

Our room was very large with a fully appointed kitchen, something that is unusual. It had cooking utensils, plates and silverware, etc. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful at the front desk. The facility also has a small basketball court, pool, outdoor grill, picnic tables and seating area. Although the weather was too hot for us to use the outdoor facilities, they would be a plus in more moderate weather.

The room was basically clean, but a little deeper cleaning would have been appreciated. For example, the footstool had something spilled on it and the microwave could have used a deeper cleaning.

The amenities of the room were phenomenal. All of the dishes were there along with everything else you would need to cook. I didn’t, because I was only there for the night, but if I come back, I am going to use those things. And there was a dishwasher. I don’t mean me. I mean a GE dishwasher. And Monique on the evening shift was a jewel. Angela was nice as well.

Maybe it being close to the interstate?

Staff advised that there was only Cereal available for Breakfast on the weekends. We were not impressed at all. This where the breakdown occurs when in comes to value of what was paid for and what was received. We specifically asked for availability of breakfast, booking.com or Hotel should have advised about limited breakfast on weekends. Room should be discounted by at least $50.00. That’s my opinion! No Breakfast on weekends! Not good!

The staff were all very friendly from check-in to check-out, the room was very nice and comfortable, and the hotel was in an easy to find location.

My only complaint is that I was placed in the back but that wasn’t anything wrong with the hotel and the staff offered to find me a different room when one was available if I wanted it.
