Comfort Inn & Suites Montgomery East Carmichael Rd

The location was great, the breakfast choices were good, and the bedding was nice and comfortable! The sitting, sleeping, and bathroom areas were all clean and welcoming. Barbara was quite helpful at check-in and check-out went smoothly.

I would have liked to have different meat/egg hot items served on alternating days. It was disturbing that the hot breakfast items were out at 7:30 am on 4/16/2023 and there was no sign of anyone around to check or replenish. The most inconvenient issue was the lack of anywhere to hang towels or toiletries in the bathroom shower/tub area. While I understand the problems with replacing constantly broken towel bars, something needs to be inside and outside of the shower curtain for hanging or placing items. Along with a few hooks, why not install actual grab bars inside and out for both safety and functionality?

The staff was very nice the lady that checked his end was extremely nice. Whoever put the breakfast for the morning of June 2nd did a excellent job to me The sausage links was not just thrown in a pan was sitting there neatly and so where the eggs soft biscuits for the gravy. The room was nice and a flat screen TV in the sitting area you also had another flat screen TV in the bedroom area. Excellent for the price

Even though it was a fence in between hotel and extended stay seems to be a little too close

it was well lit, it wasn’t far from where we wanted to go and good restaurants around, it was decently clean

we were disappointed that the pool was under maintenance when we got there, we were staying multiple days and had a do not disturb sign up and wanted to be respected that no one came in and the cleaning service came in anyway. also I tried to call the front desk several times about the do not disturb sign and no one answered and I had to go down there and they were just talking to each other and not helping customers.

A very comfortable suite that had all the details right: comfortable bed, well-designed bathroom, conveniences like microwave and refrigerator, plus nice touches like two TVs (sitting area and bedroom), a nightlight in the bathroom that didn’t blind you in the night. Also, a nice complimentary breakfast. We’ve been on the road for nearly three weeks, staying in lots of different chains, but this was the nicest of them all.

An extremely polite young man greeted us when we entered the lobby and checked us in quickly. The facility looks very new and, although the ice maker on floor 3 where we stayed was out of order, the trek to the first floor was not at all a chore. Our room was literally spotless and had everything anyone would need. It was very roomy, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast is among the BEST we have had in a hotel. Seriously great!!! Your hotel had yet another extremely polite young man to check us out. Phenomenal! You should be very proud of these employees. They give their best. The beds were very comfortable. The room was large. The staff was friendly.

My room faced the interstate so I heard traffic at night. I was there 5 nights and my room wasn’t checked to see if I needed anything. In fact the last day I had to ge a roll of toilet paper. There was no ice maker on my floor so I had to go down a floor each night. There were vending machines running with no food items in them. That’s a waste of money. The bathroom was small considering the size of the room.

How refreshing it was to stay in a clean, comfortable room!! After staying in DIVES the two previous nights!!! Nice plush towels, clean floors, the bathroom sparkled and the bed linens were fresh and clean.. Would definitely stay here again..

The trash was overflowing by the front entrance, not a great first impression.. We got to breakfast at 8:00a.m. eggs were empty, and gravy was gone. I asked the young ladies if there were more and she just said NO... The tables that were empty were dirty with crumbs on them, they certainly needed wiped off.

was told it had a pool ! booking . com pictures and all then got there and was told sorry no pool third party trying to get the pictures taken down ! poor advertising and with the price I wasn’t happy that pool wasn’t included! Breakfast was good stay was good but I really wanted a pool after a three hour drive and a day at the zoo !

The breakfast was good but they ran out of some food during our stay: The room layout is great but the shower leaked outside on the floor and there was a slight dip in part of the floor. It was obvious that someone had smoked in the room , even found a lighter on the floor.

The ice machine was only on first floor which made it inconvenient to get ice.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than at most affordable hotels, with sausage and biscuits, eggs, and waffles. Good location near the interstate, but just a few miles from downtown.

The air conditioner made scraping sounds. The duvet was so warm that it required us to keep the room colder than we would have preferred.
