Great breakfast with a nice selection of different food, nice to have hot food as well as the usual cold continental. They work hard to keep the place clean, and the staff are very helpful and polite. Has a great little gym for working out, and a very nice outdoor pool for swimming season. The staff are very friendly and polite, which is getting more rare these days, so I very much appreciate it.

While well maintained and clean, it is an older facility. Most noticeable in the bathrooms, the faucets are loose, rusted/flaking, and don't work well. They have put the larger shower rod in the bathtub that bows out, to give you the illusion of more shower space. Some people like these, I don't really care either way. But the problem is the bowed out shower rod makes it impossible to open the bathroom door all the way. It hits the door at the top. So you have to do this awkward dance with the toilet to get in and get the door closed before you can use the shower, or reach your towel on the hook on the back of the door. Not a big issue in the grand scheme of things, but you can tell the bathroom layout was designed some time ago, before these kinds of things were a consideration.

I loved the comfort of the bed.The hotel staff was fantastic and the hotel felt very safe. I had a room overlooking the small lake it was nice. I really liked they gave little snack bags when checking in. It made us feel welcomed.

The breakfast wasn't what I expected usually I love going down for my coffee and biscuits and gravy. There wasnt much left and it was pretty messy. The lady was trying. But in fairness they had a big tour group that was just leaving. And there was something going wrong with ovens fire alarm kept going off.

The front desk men were very, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious!

My television didn't work properly. The maintenance man had to come twice. The head maintenance man finally told me that I had to aim the remote away from the TV in order for it to change the channels. I also did not like that the key card had reset and would not allow me in on my second day. I ended up using the restroom on myself, because my key code had locked. The man said oh, you must have been in the Sun or you had it by your telephone. That is no reason for the key card to reset and lock me out of a room that I had already paid for! A percentage of a refund would be nice, to ensure that I will stay at your property again.

Convenient location, very helpful staff, and clean rooms. We were visiting town to see the legacy museum and memorial. This hotel is super close to the interstate. I think you go like two exits and you were there at the museum.

The rooms were a bit outdated. And the beds weren't super comfy. Two small pillows were given for the bed. They weren't full-sized pillows so that was tough

Location was good, the room was warm, however it looked like they were in the process of replacing some units. The hotel seemed in need of updating. Breakfast was good. Cookies not so much.

The room had musty smell coming from the closet. Possible hard water or coffee maker needed cleaning. Shower was good.

Staff were very good .

Bathroom was not clean. Soap scum in bath tub and shower. Seamed to have been wiped with a dry cloth. Dirty hand prints on bathroom door, dirt/dust on rear of bathroom door. TV table too small (not wide enough) to support the large TV, thus presenting a personal hazard ….

My stay at this facility was great! When I walked in the room I could smell the cleaning products, which was very okay with me with the rise of Covid going back up! The cleanliness was my main focus and I was satisfied with it!!

The breakfast wasn’t hot, and the sausage had no flavor what so ever.

The room was clean and well furnished. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Staff that checked me in was polite and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was ok. I didn’t like using cheap plastic knives and forks as they proved impossible to use when eating or cutting food..

The location, the room, staff (ladies) in the breakfast room was very helpful, friendly and gracious.

When checking in clerk asked me to sign a waiver in case any damages occurred (or something to that effect). I signed, then asked for a copy and was told I could "not have one." He was not ALLOWED to give me a copy of what I had just signed. When I insisted of getting a copy, he replied he "would get in trouble with the manager!" I told him to send the manager to me to discuss this matter. I find that attitude very strange. I do not sign anything without receiving a copy of the things I sign.

Room carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and had small bits of paper on the floor, hair barrette was on the floor near lamp, lamp shade and night table was dusty, bed had torn top cover at the foot of the bed and bathroom had dirt build up and a toothpaste protective safety cover behind the sink faucet.
