I have stayed in several of the hotels in this exit for the past 8 years. This is by far the BEST of them all. Newly updated, white glove clean and the staff, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely make this my "Go To" hotel in my travels back and forth to NC. Thank you for striving and achieving Excellence!!

The computer program aptly doesn't prevent a room from being keyed to two different people. A man not with me, had a key that opened my door. Thankfully I had the deadbolt and top lock on. I yelled through the door that I was in the room. He went away and the front desk called to ask my name. I had to bring up the fact that someone had tried to get in my room. But it worked out ok.

The room was pleasant and spacious. The gym was enough to get a good workout. Many hand weights👍 Only 30 minute drive to Cheaha State Park. The breakfast was pretty good as well. A variety of restaurants to choose from. Many of the shops do close early though, 6pm. Overall it was great for the price. We stayed for 3 nights.

The beds were not as comfortable for us. If you like a firm mattress then you’ll be pleased. The a/c wasn’t cold enough.

Couldn’t get the air to run so the room was extremely hot. The kitchen staff had a dog running around, which is unacceptable, everybody that stays in your facilities do not think eating food behind a dog , is clean…It literally turnt our stomach which we didn’t eat breakfast the next morning for that particular reason.

Broken Shower Head and the breakfast could have been better.

The location was good. Our room was spacious & clean. The breakfast was better than expected. The staff was very friendly.

There were several people staying at the hotel who were taking up multiple parking spaces because they were hauling trailers, boats and other vehicles. This caused parking spaces to be a little scarce. There were spots that they could have parked along the curb but instead parked longways. This was our only issue, but even with this one issue our stay was great and we would recommend this hotel to others.

We enjoy every moment of our time there. Everything we’re very clean and the problem we had being near the back door people coming in and out smoking keep the hallway smelling like smoke. And we elderly so we didn’t rest good 😊

The rooms were clean

they canceled my room while I was in the way to check in, said my card was invalid, get there my card works with no problem. We used my dad’s card for them to reinstate the reservation and hold the room for us to get there and his card was charged 2 separate times for our room. Both ladies we talked to about it were rude and condescending. Even though the room was very clean and the halls were quite we won’t be going back.

Our stay was fine for this type of hotel - clean and comfortable. The TV was good quality and allowed very easy streaming from our own Netflix account.

Our room did not have a full length mirror that my wife missed. That'd be an easy addition. The couch in our room sagged - could use replacing

The staff was exceptionally helpful and the room, pool, and facillities were exteamly clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The facilities looked new (asthetically) and the air conditioning units were very clean and free of mold 😊
