Best Western Plus Russellville Hotel & Suites

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Bed was clean and very comfortable after a nice long day of work.

The only complaint I have is that the carpets need cleaning or maybe replacing. They were clean but has an odor of mildew in the room. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. It was a great overnight stay.

The location was great for what I needed and the price was perfect. The room was clean a d neat and the staff was friendly and helpfull.

The bathroom did not have a vent fan so I had to leave the door open to keep it from steaming up. The towel rack above. The toilet was loose so I didn't use it. But that didn't affect anything.

Diane and Denise were very professional and extremely helpful. These two ladies made it feel like I were home. The hotel was very clean, that is including the room and the bathroom. There was an unruly guest who did not act his age, therefore, the cops were called and he got a ride to the big house in the middle of the night. The place met my expectations, and it will most likely meet yours as well. So, don't vacillate to book a night or two. You won't be disappointed. By the way, there is a Walmart store across the street and a few eatery places within walking distance.

Awesome place to stay, very clean. All the staff was very friendly and very informative! Rooms was very nice and clean, very good location too. Bojangles and a coffee shop right next door. Breakfast was amazing, everything was great. Will definitely be back.

I loved the breakfast every morning. They rotated the meals. The potatoes, onions, and peppers were my favorite!

I didn't like that our bathroom door didn't close easily.

We stay here quite often. Normally very clean, quiet and comfortable with great friendly staff!

There was a large party in the parking lot that moved into the hotel…into the room next to ours! It was very, very loud until about 3am…which was the last time I looked at the bedside clock and was finally able to doze off. Apparently the conference room was booked with another party so these people decided to have their party in the room…with lots of people!

I love how absolutely clean they were. Every time you turned around someone was cleaning and that was a really good feeling considering the times. I love that I was near food places and a grocery store. The staff was very cheerful and pleasant. Super cordial!

The only downside was that the shower had a really slow drain but outside of that they were phenomenal. I would recommend it and stay again.

Loved how convenient it was to where we were going. Will definitely be back again.

Didn't like that it wasn't pet friendly. We have a small dog that usually travels with us, but had to leave her at home due to not wanting to stay anywhere else.

Due to covid breakfast was pre-made and available. It was good considering the circumstances. I always stay here when I come to visit family, the rooms are always excellent and clean. This time there was still suds residue in the shower, I could tell someone with dirty feet had been in the shower but it washed away after I showered. The floor in the bathroom was dirty with hair and hadn't been swept. In the bed area the beds were amazing and fresh and very comfortable. The TV had smears from not cleaning well which was unattractive. But over all this is a excellent best western and I will definitely return. I would say i just got a room this time that appeared the housekeeper was either distracted or in a hurry. It was not gross or filthy just needed a few touch ups. Close to food places & very beautiful lobby!

Bathroom got clogged during stay and shower didn’t drain like normal.
