I loved the location. It was walking distance to the venue. The hotel was quiet which made it easy to rest. The beds were comfortable. The room overall was clean. The location of the hotel is in a good area and felt safe staying there.

At the time of checking out I waited for a long time. There were other guests waiting to check out and they informed me that the receptionist was calling her supervisor. As I waited a line of guests formed. When the receptionist finally came, I did not get a friendly smile. She did apologize but her tone of voice did not agree with the apology.

Location, room, rate, amenities, everything was great. Very family friendly, our kids and adults enjoyed everything about our stay. Very clean rooms and within walking distance of shopping and eating.

The only issue I had was with the guest laundry services. It was free, with the exception of buying soap/dryer sheets. However, the machines weren't working properly and it didn't wash our clothes at all. The soap was still in its powdery form after wash cycle.

Breakfast was okay and had many options. Protein options need to be better but I don't expect much for hotel breakfast. The location is great to be close to entertainment and food options.

Common areas like the elevator need to be cleaned on a regular basis due to people spilling drinks and people leaving the pool. Wifi needs to be upgraded.

nothing we didn’t like except that we had a room for the handicapped and weren’t told ahead of time. it was just fine except we didn’t have a table and chairs.

This hotel is definitely dated, there is where in tear damage in several areas, including around the pool. But overall a good value and a nice day.

The staff was amazing. Friendly professional and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast - the breakfast attendant was slow. There were no eggs, waffle batter, pastries, bread, most of the options were out and had to wait 15 20 minutes.

As per OSHA guidelines the elevator inspections were not posted inside the elevator and they seemed in some disrepair. The breakfast was awful we tried two days and had to eat elsewhere

Attentive staff. Friendly housekeeping. Great customer service at front desk.

Bathroom such as tub could have used extra attention as it still seemed slightly dirty. Also noticed that the night stand had dust.

The facility is beautiful and contemporary with a staff that remembered me and the food for breakfast was great.

l would have used the hot tub at the swimming pool but the pool area was closed by the county due to low chlorine levels. My in room facilities were fine

Convenient location for entertainment, breakfast was great but they ran out of stuff less than a hour In breakfast.

There was no extra toilet paper in the room and not enough towels for 5 people.
