The room and hotel were nice.

Parking is expensive. I was told that I paid for parking when I checked in. I just use my room key to park. When I left the parking garage it charged me another $20 to leave. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to get out and ask for help. I had to pay for parking twice. Everything was nice and went well except for this.

This hotel was fine. We did, however, have to pay extra for wi-fi where many hotels these days include that in the price of staying.

One negative was the loud music in the elevators (even early in the morning). That really was not needed.

Friendly staff, Clean hotel

the pool area. no service or bar opened at the pool however we weren’t allowed to bring in our own drinks so we had to go inside to order food and drinks and wait for them inside then bring out to the pool. the pool area could use some music and a bit of an update. beautiful hotel to lack a popular attraction. especially in the AZ summer.

the room was comfortable and bed lovely. the facility was well kept and clean

had to pay for 2 days of wifi staying overnight only one night. also our handicap room was a very long walk from the elevator and pretty far up if there had been an emergency

this place was huge, the pool was nice. Everyone was kind though. View was great alot of you shopping is within walking distance dont order things to your people!!! go walk it is literally right near you.

the door to get into the pool was a little tricky, hot tub was not working. The lap pool was super cold but not a deal breaker. You would think with you pay parking would be included.

facilities were good and on-site for the event we were in attendance.

2 of 4 elevators weren’t working. Which was tough as lots of people were there for an event. the room next to us was loudly playing music, talking, loud sex, to nearly 1:30 am. staff was very friendly though and tried to make up for that.

Friendly & helpful staff & the room was quite comfortable. The folks at the spa were great & we had a awesome time during our couples massage. we’ll definitely be going back again.

Breakfast was not exactly the best. We’ve had just as good or better at some of the most basic hotels.

we liked everything about the property especially he view and for my fiancé the spa bath was amazing.

what we didn’t like about this is the price we paid didn’t even have breakfast included. yeah we get it they gotta make there money but paying over 1,000$ you’d expect something.
