found it odd that people were in their cars outside of the room at all hours of the night made for an uneasy experience—- they weren’t loud they were just sitting in their cars

The room was updated recently and the bed was very comfortable! They are updating flooring etc in other rooms as well. Hopefully that will lead to upgraded furnishings as well-located! Located next to many dining establishments, a premier shopping mall, and many other dining and shopping options.

If you look under the surface, you'll see some deterioration. For example, the bed bases and box springs were pretty rough and some of the other furniture pieces show significant signs of wear. The front desk area needs an update as well. Several rooms are being re-done however and that means the future looks brighter for them.

Nice room! I was expecting nothing spectacular really because of the location and price but what we got was very nice and comfortable!

I couldn't figure out the temperature adjustment for the fridge so my stuff I needed to freeze didn't get frozen. Other than that it was an amazing stay. They even have a nice pool so next time we come through I will make sure I bring my bathing suit!

Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Quiet clean facilities. Staffing is all friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced and comfortable beds, rooms are set up with coffee, refrigerator and bathroom supplies. I was at this location for 8 days and enjoyed my stay. I work nights so to be able to sleep during the day is important and it was quiet enough I didn't hear any outside noises from my room. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay. Wholeheartedly from your besties Angela and Travis!

The property was in the perfect location. close to a mall, Costco and even Portillo. For the price, this place was ideal. It’s not your fancy hotel with tons of amenities but it’s clean and good enough for a short weekend stay when other places we’re hundreds of dollars more.

Breakfast was included but it was your typical danish and bagel continental breakfast.

Nothing personal really could’ve used a little more cleaning the stair steps when I went barefooted blackened or feet around the pool needs power washing . Whoever painted the trim in the rooms Did a lousy job really noticeable to people the remodel it’s OK I like the floor in the tile that is a hunt there for somebody older to trip on

Affordable, clean and in the neighborhood

Motorcycle group was loud coming in late at night and leaving early in the morning, but hotel staff can’t change who stays. And it was just a temporary annoyance and we didn’t lose much sleep over it.

He location is great, lots of stores and the arrowhead mall right up front is super convenient! The room itself was really well arranged, liked the studio feeling the King room it has to it.

Some things could've been cleaner, the coffee pot was a little dusty like it hasnt been wiped in a while despite the room being cleaned recently. Found some candy on some corners and under the sink I guess from the previous guests. Found it kind of annoying the only lights were from the standing wall lamps.

Love the room, the location and usually the staff. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Typically its a great room for the price.

As a repeat customer who stays at this hotel a lot, why is it necessary to continue to pay the 100 dollar security deposit. Check my history, I take care of the room.
