I liked the staff. They made one feel welcome. You felt free to ask questions. They were genuinely interested in why you needed to stay at their facility . Sometimes a reason for having to stay in a hotel is not for pleasure. We had an emergency, and they were very helpful in taking care of our needs. There was a free hot breakfast on top of all that. Much needed.hot breakfast. I would stay there again. Also I felt safe there which speaks volumes. Thank you. Carol Battaglia

Building quite old, and small inside of the room. Bathroom was very uncomfortable, but the hospitality of the staff compensates for that.

The General Manager was helping with the breakfast, very involved with guest services and had a friendly face. Very welcoming and friendly at check in and check out.

The night audit employee did not leave a note for a late check out the following day, which caused issues with our stay the following day as the morning staff had no knowledge of the request from the night before. It is the little things that can cause a negative impact on a guest's stay. I would suggest having night time staff being diligent about making sure the they are communicating any requests to the morning staff to avoid confusion.

Convenient location, great service, friendly staff. Breakfast was probably the best of any hotel I have stayed in for what it is. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of pillows. Wifi was fast enough for me to conduct my business remotely. Lots of food and stores nearby.

Room smelled weird, sink smelled really bad. Staff cleaned the room and sink but the smell came back after a few hours. It wasn't over powering enough to move rooms but the room really needs a deep clean and the drain in the sink needs to be checked.

Front office staff, cleaning ladies, the breakfast worker/filler/keep it clean person we’re all friendly and it wasn’t for a show, they meant it. Waffles were amazing

The dining area was warm which didn’t made it as enjoyable as hoped for and guests we’re taking food to their rooms where it was cooler. This is truly the only thing I could think of that could be improved upon.

Bed and clean linen and towels. Felt safe. Staff kind. Accessibility. Price.

Carpet dirty. Overall enjoyed staying here for five days. Cooling system was a little loud when it shuts off and on. Was unable to regulate temperature of room. Set on auto at 73 but got hot during night. Overall it was very comfortable. Certainly need adjusting as the sun came up it shined through earlier than our planned arising. Thank you for being here. Thank you staff for working keeping it clean. Didn't like the food but thanks for the coffee!!

The room was clean and comfy! The beds were very comfortable and the entire hotel was quiet and felt very safe. The staff were very kind and extremely polite! They have a wonderful breakfast that we ate each morning!!! I would love to stay here again! Excellent Hotel and service!!

The weekend brought a different group of guests and the Pot smell was a bit thick.

Staff was friendly. Location is great for food, shopping, and sights. Parking is good.

The king bed was ok, but a pillow top mattress would have made it more comfortable. Get some trashcans in the room! They are super affordable and easy to find, no reason for a room to have 1 tiny trashcan! I talked with staff about this, but they couldn't care less.

This hotel is comfortable, quite and convenient. We have dogs and they were able to get us near the side exit for easy access to take them out. The beds were very comfortable and the quietness was very welcoming. When you stay at a hotel like this, it’s easy to be awakened by doors slamming and peoples voices somewhere outside the room, but there was none of that. I slept well and felt very rested when I left. It was a bit pricy, but we did have the dogs and the stay was worth the peace of mind.

The man that checked us in was very rude and almost didn’t let us check in because I wasn’t 21 even though I wasn’t the one that booked the room. It was 2am (after a concert) when we were checking in and he told us we might have to find another hotel. Thank god my friend found her ID and we were able to get in. Then, we thought we were getting breakfast and we got these sad snack bags that we didn’t even eat because they looked so awful

We stayed 2 nights. The room was not cleaned. We requested more shampoo and towels. I had to get the myself
