Red Roof Inn Phoenix North - Deer Valley - Bell Rd

Pool was great and the price was a good last minute deal.

I found out really quickly the female staff was extremely rude. The Property had horrible cable service you had to pay for everything and there was some un savory characters

No breakfast, the room had no iron, No coffee maker and no microwave, no fridge and the sink was so big it took up all the extra space from my toiletries. I don’t think I will stay or tell anyone. 🙏🏽

You could of had the things I mentioned above, it would’ve made our stay a lot better. We use to stay at the red roof when we traveled but because of the pandemic everything has went downhill. More money for less☹️ Thank You

Great pet friendly hotel for a quick night sleep traveling thru the area. Room clean and quiet, pet friendly, easy access from the 17.

My wife and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The area around the hotel was very accomodating for our dog. All the staff we met were very friendly. We originally booked for 1 night but after checking out and visiting the Mayo Clinic we had to call the hotel again and ask if we could check back in again as I had to have a biopsy next day. The front desk duly obliged and checked us into the same room for 1 more night.

Too short a stay to really say but for the price and no charge for our dog we certainly will go back to the Red Roof Inn.

Everything, stayed here last May (?) might have been Feb. or March, not sure but then like today, the front desk staff are excellent, housekeeping as well. I have my pit bull with me NOT my 10lb POODLE, she thinks she's a pit bull, Put all that aside I am an older lady alone, I feel SAFE, here, (these days ) the world we live in so sad in the USA, it's important. I will always use this hotel. if it's not broken, Don't Fix it.

Why, lie the prices, lol. Wouldn't all of us working people like to keep 20.00 in our pocket , hotel, grocery store, GAS ?????

Room/bathroom appeared very clean. Comfy bed, great shower, fridge/microwave/AC unit worked. Friendly front desk attendant, coffee downstairs was hot at 6am.

The 2 hallways I traveled down to get to my room absolutely reeked of pot (not against smoking weed but it was a bit much) and the room itself had a slightly odd, not terribly pleasant odor when I walked in but it wasn’t a huge turn off. The fact that it was a hotel right off the freeway for less than $90/night? Overall it met my expectations and even exceeded my expectations in some areas .

Staff are friendly for the most-part. Some friendlier than others.

They do have cameras in the hallways and stairs which was nice and I did see a security guard walking the lot which was appreciated being a solo-female-traveler. They have 24hr coffee machines in the main entrance was totally cool. They are also pet-friendly and I stayed with my cat. Housekeeping were friendly and gave me fresh towels when asked. The parking lot does have transients so make sure to lock up your car. I would recommend parking near the front or under the lights.

I could NOT pay in cash. I would rather pay in cash than my credit card because of what happened in the past at another hotel.I would rather pay in cash.Therefore I do NOT plan on using Red Roof again

The room was kept very clean, the night staff were exceptional.

The amount of homeless nearby, there were also questionable people close to the property. No breakfast anything but coffee

Been staying in various hotels for last few months due to remodeling. Red Roof Inn, has been by & far, **THE BEST** experience overall, as to accomedations and prices. Well laid out ... very clean ... quiet ... spacious rooms. Friendly, personable staff. Calm & comfortable all the way around.

Only thing that bothered was channel guide didn't give any information at all as to what was on tv - no way to know what was on and/or when anything started .. could only sift thru channels one by one & hope ....
