Comfortable and easy to check in, clean room, good breakfast, a lot of towels and all bathroom items. Good breakfast including scrambled eggs or eggs , little meat patties, oatmeal, fresh apples, bananas, oranges, yogurt, also self making waffles. Muffins with blueberries and other snacks was good. Great fresh coffee , juices , whipped cream, and low calorie syrup. A little bit pity but we couldn’t find any fresh veggies, just marinara, also not cheese or anything like that. We try to eat more healthy, if you understand what I mean. A lot of seats for breakfast. Very nice and cozy lobby with fireplaces. Bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea in the room, also free coffee maker at lobby. Free easy parking. Ladies from front desk very helpful.

Breakfast was very good and the location was excellent.

We turned on the air conditioner and it had a very musty moldy smell.

Staff was wonderful, very professional, helpful. Provided list of local restaurants, noted on a local area map. Told us about a nice dog park for our furry friend. ADA compliant room very well designed, purpose-built. Roomy, easy to move around in with wheelchair or assistive devices. Very clean. Hard floor, not carpet, Excellent shower design, walk or wheel in, has large seat that folds up. Bed height is good. Real closet with full-length mirrored doors. Height of shelves and clothes hanger rod easy to reach.

Everything was clean and well kept. Beautiful reception. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were super nice. The beds were sooo comfy and plenty of pillows which is important for me. Bathrooms exceptionally clean and well supplied. We got the two-bedroom 1 room for our family of 5 and everyone enjoyed their stay, especially the wonderful variety of the breakfast. The ladies in the breakfast buffet were awesome and kept the area super clean and were very attentive and kind. I just loved it and would definitely comeback.

I liked everything!

The property is spotless. We have stayed there 4 different times and every time things are perfect. Hotel beds are usually horrible, but the ones are great and I know I can get a good night sleep. We sat in the comfortable lobby for a cup of coffee on this visit, not something that we ever do, but it was so comfortable that I was fun to sit there and chat by the fire before we left for the day. Then you have such a nice breakfast to choose from! Normally a continental breakfast is so basic, you they have so much to choose from.

I have nothing to complain about. From the moment you walk into the doors to check in till you walk out and say goodbye, the property and people working there are kind, and extremely helpful.

Friendly check in, immaculate room, had an extra blanket for me as I requested. The hot tub could have been hooter, but it was lovely all the same, and so clean thaty it was squeky!

I wish that there was real 1/2 and 1/2 in the room instead of the powdered stuff for our morning coffee. I noticed that there was real 1/2 and 1/2 in the breakfast room...so would it be that hard to have it in the guest rooms?

i liked the separate area for sitting instead of only the bed. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for having a hair dryer so that I did not have lug mine along.

bathroom - in order to run the fan, the heat lamps went on which are not necessary in warm months. It seems that the air conditioning has trouble combatting the temps. The AC unit was far away from the bed which makes it warmer when trying to sleep

We only stopped in Kingman as we didn't want to travel all the way from Palm Springs to Las Vegas in one day, and that was a very good decision. Though the city itself doesn't seem to offer anything worth seeing in particular, we enjoyed the travel a lot, fantastic landscapes! And a very nice spot to visit on the way was the old Western town of Oatman. The hotel itself was quite welcoming, best staff we had on our whole trip! I tested the Hot tub which was very nice after a long drive.

Easy to access the room. Very quiet stay. Breakfast was good for a buffet style delivery and the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The bed wass comfortable.

For a Best Western property, not a 5 star rated property, the room and facilities were better than average. There was not a granite countertop in the bathroom, but the bathroom was spacious and clean. The carpet was warn. We would have liked more lighting.

Perfect location!! Staff was wonderful...very warm and friendly!! And...very helpful!! Breakfast was delicious!! Great selection...something for everyone!!...good and hot!! Have to say...the breakfast staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and hard working! Very impressed how they work as a team!! Rooms were nice and clean and quiet...love the big rooms!! Anyway...overall we definitely will be coming back!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!😁

Only negative thing about the rooms...we could hear toilets and/or water running kind of loud...but the hotel is an older building....so...understandable.
