The staff are totally great. Room was very nice size. Slept great very quite and comfortable. I would recommend this to all of my family and friends. Room wasn't to cold or hot was perfect. Hotel was just great. Very clean no smells. Mini refrigerator work just great. Are drinks were actually very cold and they were great when they're cold.
I didn't find anything that I didn't like .The whole trip was wonderful. I was completely satisfied I had a great night sleep, family and friends were able to come and go without being reprimanded by the hotel staff. Our older kids liked the spot was easy for them to find.

We had got snow up in the mountains and stayed 3 nights. The room was clean and the Staff was very friendly.
Only negative thing I have to say is that the "breakfast" wasn't much. They had prepackaged mini muffins, apples and snack pack peaches is all.

Everything! The staff, The room, The price! Easy to check in, especially since it was already confirmed. Handicap equipped room, with a very comfortable bed and chairs.
Noisy neighbors upstairs, but we were so tired it didn't bother us

Been at some hotels (Super 8, this means you) who claim to be pet friendly but did not allow us to leave our dog in the room unattended could be fined up to $200; no problem leaving her here. Quiet, no loud or excessive traffic

The blow-dryer didn't work as well as the remote for the TV. Two of the lamps didn't work.

The place has just been naught and the new staff were doing their best with what they had to work with. The manager, candy was a real gem of Arizona. Her and the cleaning lady Isabelle. Just made a few simple moves to turn my shabby room into a serious 3 days of relaxation. A little can often go a long way. Thank you ladies! You 2 could start your OWN b&b!!! If you do, hire me!!
