Newly renovated, clean, no smell. Overall comfortable. Loved the Route 66 graffiti art work all over the walls on the outside buildings. Wish I would have taken some pictures. Walked around all the property just to see the art work.

The mattress was comfortable but it was sitting in top of a metal box spring. When getting into bed it would squeak. However once in bed it didn’t squeak even when moving around to reposition. The other thing I didn’t like was on Priceline’s website it advertised the room included breakfast which is the main motivation in booking to stay. It was not included and we were told Ramada had taken that off their web site 6-8 months ago.

we booked without knowing how charming this place is. Upon arrival the building was a great surprise, the historic kitch of it just fabulous. the staff were super, especially Donna. the rooms were huge, fridge and coffee maker fantastic amenities.

The Ramada shirts for staff are boring, they should be allowed to wear tops that match the decore - short sleeve t shirts at least.

It was a nice stay. The hotel was nice.

I don't appreciate how long it's taking me to get my deposit back. The manager was very rude about it and didn't want to help me. I've been waiting for two weeks now and I still have yet to see it. They would rather blame my bank card. I want my deposits back!!

Wacky murals all around the hotel gave the place a friendly feel. Garden around the pool very smart.

Breakfast expensive. You couldn't get a continental breakfast at a sensible price so we went out to eat. Pool freezing! Barking dogs and our neighbour watching TV at 5pm without switching the volume down.

I visited this hotel with two children and two dogs. It was a very enjoyable stay. There’s a dog park and a grassy area to which they called kids park. There are many beautiful murals throughout the It’s an older hotel that has been remodeled for nostalgia and maintains cleanliness in the rooms and in public areas which is much appreciated. Breakfast was the standard waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, toast…. The coffee was very good but tiny cups so bring your own if you want more to take with you. The pole was clean and swimmable. There was a nice courtyard with a place to sit & a gazebo. BBQ grills throughout the property. Donna and the front desk were very nice.

I loved the fact that the front desk gave us a non smoking room as I have sensitive lungs to smoke, They were pet friendly and the bar and lounge had a wonderful waitress Wendy, after seeing her running around bussing table's and working her butt off for a good hour waiting for her to take our order she surprised us by her excellent customer service during our entire meal. It made our stay even more exceptionally excellent. We had a long hard day and Wendy made our evening wonderful. We are definitely coming back to this hotel Again!

There is nothing we didn't like about our stay.

The room size, comfortable beds, superb art work on the walls, and the chef's breakfast. The location was great too, walking distance from the excellent and very colourful Oysters Mexican Restaurant.

The bathroom was a little small and I would have preferred a screen to a shower curtain

Greeted by Donna when i arrived and she was EXCEPTIONAL! Lovely grounds and a non-smoking facility was even better than expected!!!

Didn't realize the hotel next door was a low income, long term residence for several families who come thru the hole in the fence (behind the dumpster) to use our hotel's facilities! One very frightening encounter in boad daylight made me feel very unsafe and scared to walk outside my room walking my dog. A man approached me, calling me names and threatened me. I told the front desk about it, but can't tell if they're know about these people/allowing to come around. All rooms have exterior doors and because of that incident it's hard to give a great review.

Location was great for where we needed to go daily. Loved that there was a great lounge and restaurant on site. Our waitress Wendy was truly amazing and was fun to converse with.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked, other than that it was amazing. I am still trying to figure out all of my charges as for some reason my bank is showing way more than just that of the pet fee and the original price. Hoping that gets resolved soon.

Did not do the free breakfast as we were running late so skipped it

In the room both beds had stains on the comforters and the beds appeared they had not been made with clean sheets No coffee pot in the room The room was bright and airy likes the shutters on the windows better than drapes Some towels were folded but most were thrown over the rack unfolded which i thought was odd. Maybe would visit this hotel again they were painting and remodeling it . Ate dinner in the restaurant the menu was very skimpy not much to pick from but we ordered something just the same to get by did not feel like going to find another place to eat.
