Quiet, great view. Friendly staff. Clean room. Big shower. Conveniency of microwave and fridge.
AC only turned on if it was at 69° or below. But it felt good when it was on because otherwise it was hot and humid... but not bad. Very comfortable. I'd stay here again. Although they kept asking me if I had a cat in the room at the check in and check out, lol it got annoying after awhile because I don't have a cat and answered the same way each time lol. Other than that, great stay!

I was pleasantly surprised with this motel. In the past 10+ years I have been coming out to Lake Havasu, I have never stayed here. One reason is because most motel 6's I have seen are rundown and seedy. This motel was really nice and so clean, I could have eaten off of the floors in my room. The AC worked very well, but I would have to go out during August to see if that is always the case. The only real complaint I have is their parking. I am sure it is horrible during a busy weekend and being next to an alley is not ideal either. I would definitely stay here again.

The woman that checked me in was very nice and attentive to my needs. I was put in a room on the first floor for medical reasons that prevent me from carrying things up and down stairs.
There was nothing that I didn't like. The location was centralized to where I was going.

Easy access, no issues, parking, and friendly staff. I stayed for a few days,and there were no issues. Pet friendly, ensure you don't plan to leave them unattended in the room.
