I’m tempted to make up bad things about this property just to keep it a secret and so it won’t always be booked up. This place was fantastic. in a great spot. Not too busy. Had breakfast in the morning (never made it down for it, so I’m not sure what was offered. We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly, keep in mind it’s 20 bucks a night PER dog, per night, which isn’t too crazy but I do have two dogs so it adds up fast. It was still very much worth it. We got a king suite for like 100 bucks a night, had a king bed on one side of the room with a pull out couch on the other side of the room and a swivel tv in the middle to point to either side you were on. A mini fridge was included with plates, forks/spoons/knoves, and a burner you could plug in with pots and pans if you needed to make your own meals. This spot was a GREAT deal.

My room was super clean. The suite was spacious, and it had a well-appointed kitchen. Staff was friendly to my dog, so I felt welcome. Parking is very good, and access in and out of the hotel was convenient through a side door to take my dog out. The property is very well-taken care of, and the neighborhood is very safe. There were no overriding traces of past guests or dogs in the hotel, so it has very high standards in terms of cleanliness. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay, and I would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to my family and friends.

Size and comfort of the bed. The very important Internet connection worked, because last year it didn’t work at all.

Toiletries were slim and we had to search for things like the Kleenex box. The refrigerator was on the floor next to the wall which made it hard to access and it because the door hit the wall opening it, and it was not cold for our water and dairy. Worst of all, it made bending way over made it difficult to place and remove our articles. In short, placement of the necessary things made it highly inconvenient.

The room was huge and had everything we needed. Fridge, iron, blow dryer... the bed was pretty comfortable too. Most importantly it was quiet and we were able to sleep.

I went in to check in and the guy had given my room away to someone with a similar name. He had to call his boss, which took some time and time is precious when you're checking into a hotel after traveling because people are tired and just want to get their room and relax. They worked it out and we got a comparable room so no big deal.

The front desk receptionist received us like we were VIP’s. We know we’re not but the friendly reception set the tone for the rest of our visit. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the suite they provided was more than we expected. They allowed use to charge our EV at no additional charge. Overall experience exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Had a problem with the room TV. Front desk said he would be up in 5 minutes but took over 40 minutes and only after I called again. But it was resolved and all was good.

Perfect location! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms and hallways were clean. Our room was quiet which was great for sleeping.

The kitchen was small for our long stay. There were no fans near the kitchen area and this created fire alarm episodes when others were cooking in their suites. The sofa beds were very uncomfortable for sitting to watch tv. The breakfast was basic but satisfying although it was difficult for staff to keep up with the demand for hot coffee.

Very clean. spacious. Had a pool and hot tub. Fairly close to the lake. Room had a sitting area, table with 2 chairs, mini kitchen with microwave, sink and fridge.

No elevator. The door out to pool area was not accessible going back in, the key lock is out of order. We had to walk back to main front desk doors, another guest told us that has been the case for a long time. The bed was kind of too hard. The sitting area in our room has a couch but it was so saggy and uncomfortable we could not use it.

The staff was very friendly. The king suite fit my family of 6 perfectly. The room was nice & clean & spacious. There was a living room area, with a dining area & small kitchen fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans. The 2 beds are separated in their own rooms. The ac worked great & the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was really nice stocked with extra towels & they even provided some good quality shampoo, conditioner & body wash! (Not the little one use bottles other places have) I liked the size of the shower too. Great location! Overall we were very satisfied & will stay there again the next time we are in Lake Havasu city.

The only thing that was uncomfortable was the couch. The cushions were kinda flat & if 2 people were sitting on it, you sank in the middle towards each other.

Everyone was amazing, very welcoming. Staff had food out, so we were able to get our little guys something to eat before the football game at 6:45. I was so relaxed because of how quiet and friendly everyone was. The coffee was amazing! Thanks to all for a wonderful stay!! We plan on staying there again when in the area.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Huge rooms. Strong wifi. Great hot tub. Decent breakfast options. Great showers. Free coffee. Hot plate and full set of kitchen supplies in room. Super friendly staff. Walking distance to London Bridge. No sound from rooms around us.

Building fire alarm was set off every morning for three days in a row which really messed with our sleep. Looks like they were starting to replace every rooms fire alarm by the time we left.
